We are seeking an experienced Personal Care Home Administrator to lead the daily operations and management of our newest campus in Kennedy Township. This PCHA position will oversee both the Personal Care Home and Independent Living Community on this campus.
As a Personal Care Home Administrator, you oversee all departments of the personal care facility and play a direct role in improving the lives of our residents each day.
Requirements:
Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) License or Nursing Home Administrator License in good standingSeasoned and organized leaderExperience with regulatory complianceBudget and monthly financial experience preferredCommitment to caring for the elderlyResponsibilities:
Maintain compliance with policies & procedures as well as regulationsProvide supervision to caregiving team members providing care to residentsOversee all other interdisciplinary departments within personal care facilityManage revenue and expenses according to budgetPromote a culture of compassionate, quality care for our residentsEstablish trusting relationships with residents and their familiesWe offer an excellent benefits package, competitive wages, and Mission-driven work that makes a difference!
