    Concerto is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team! The Dialysis Nurse supervises dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedure and training and in compliance with state and federal regulations. Assures responsibility for the unit and works collaboratively with members of the hemodialysis healthcare team. Supervises care given by dialysis technicians while assuming a ‘hands on’ role and fostering a team approach to patient care.

    Patient Care & Education
    Provides direct hemodialysis care, performs assessments, administers medications, and educates patients on renal health, treatment, and self-care.Team Leadership & Supervision
    Delegates tasks to dialysis technicians, supervises their performance, and ensures compliance with clinical standards and regulations.Treatment Monitoring & Adjustment
    Monitors patient response to dialysis, adjusts treatment plans as needed, and ensures accurate documentation of interventions and outcomes.Collaboration & Communication
    Works closely with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care, report critical lab results, and ensure continuity of treatment.Documentation & Compliance
    Maintains accurate electronic medical records, ensures timely completion of care plans, and adheres to safety and regulatory protocols.

    Concerto is seeking a Dialysis Technician to join its team! The Dialysis Technician functions as part of the hemodialysis health care team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients. Works under the supervision of a licensed nurse in accordance with Concerto’s policies, procedures, and training and in compliance with regulations set for by state and federal agencies.

     

    What Will You Do?

     

    Direct Patient Care
    Provides hands-on care to assigned patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including initiating and discontinuing dialysis treatments per prescribed ordersVital Signs & Monitoring
    Obtains and documents pre- and post-treatment vitals, weight, and vascular access assessments, reporting any unusual findings to the nurse.Dialysis Machine Operation Sets up, operates, and performs safety checks on hemodialysis machines; administers heparin as permitted by state law.Documentation & Lab Work
    Accurately documents patient treatment details and prepares laboratory specimens as prescribed.Customer Service & Environment Delivers excellent service to patients, families, and staff, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

    What’s Required?

    Why is this Role Essential?  

    Concerto is seeking a PRN Facility & Water Specialist who oversees water treatment responsibilities, facility maintenance and assistance with supply coordination in Concerto’s dialysis dens, whether at established units or related to new den startups and/or closures. A PRN Facility & Water Specialists are the subject matter experts on the functionality of Concerto’s dialysis machines and the primary contact for coordinating machines and facility maintenance and repairs at the clinic level.  

     

    What Will You Do?  

    Clinical Support & Training 

    Provide guidance to staff on water treatment and hemodialysis equipment operation and principles. 

    Equipment Maintenance & Repairs 

    Maintain, repair, and oversee all water treatment and medical equipment, ensuring proper documentation and disinfection. 

    Testing & Compliance 

    Calibrate and document testing equipment, collect water samples for analysis, and report any non-compliance with standards. 

    Facility & Unit Management 

    Support new dialysis unit setups and closures, including site assessments, construction monitoring, and IT setup. 

    Facility Maintenance & Safety 

    Conduct regular inspections, coordinate repairs, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

    Why is this Role Essential?

    Concerto is hiring a salaried On-Call Dialysis Nurse who will be on call five days a week (Monday - Friday + 2 Saturdays per month), with actual workdays varying based on coverage needs and eligible for overtime. The technician will be assigned to a specific region and must travel within and occasionally outside that region, receiving additional base pay for out-of-region travel and mileage reimbursement for all travel from their home clinic to the work site. This role involves working under the supervision of a licensed nurse to provide safe and effective dialysis therapy in compliance with Concerto’s policies and state and federal regulations.

    Why is this Role Essential?

    Concerto is seeking a Dialysis Technician to join its team! The Dialysis Technician functions as part of the hemodialysis health care team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients. Works under the supervision of a licensed nurse in accordance with Concerto’s policies, procedures, and training and in compliance with regulations set for by state and federal agencies.

     

    What Will You Do?

     

    Direct Patient Care
    Provides hands-on care to assigned patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including initiating and discontinuing dialysis treatments per prescribed ordersVital Signs & Monitoring
    Obtains and documents pre- and post-treatment vitals, weight, and vascular access assessments, reporting any unusual findings to the nurse.Dialysis Machine Operation Sets up, operates, and performs safety checks on hemodialysis machines; administers heparin as permitted by state law.Documentation & Lab Work
    Accurately documents patient treatment details and prepares laboratory specimens as prescribed.Customer Service & Environment Delivers excellent service to patients, families, and staff, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

    What’s Required?

    High School Diploma or equivalent.Current CPR Certification or completion upon starting in unit.Able to meet the physical demands of the position.Minimum of two (2) years of dialysis technician experience.Dialysis certification required.

     

    Physical Requirements & Work Environment

    This role requires passing Ishihara’s Color Blindness test and involves frequent standing, bending, and occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs. and moving equipment up to 200 lbs. (with assistance). It demands sustained mental, visual, and auditory focus. The work environment is typical of a healthcare facility, with climate control, moderate noise, and potential exposure to infectious materials.
