    Calibration technicians are responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of instruments and equipment to ensure they are calibrated correctly and provide accurate measurements.

Support workforce planning and recruiting strategies to attract top talent.

    Payroll, Benefits & HRIS

    Partner in the semi-monthly payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate employee changes, compensation updates, bonus payments, PTO administration, and payroll auditing, including setup of state SUI and payroll taxes. Partner with the administration on ADP Workforce Now, troubleshooting issues, auditing data, and supporting continuous system improvements. Administer employee benefit programs including medical (ICHRA partnership with Gravie), dental, vision, disability, life insurance, COBRA, retirement plans, and leave programs. Assist employees with benefit enrollment, qualifying life events, claims questions, and plan changes. Coordinate ACA reporting, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, retirement notifications, and other compliance-related activities.

    Employee Relations & Compliance

    Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers regarding policies, benefits, compensation, leaves of absence, performance concerns, workplace conduct, organizational changes, and employee relations matters. Assist with investigations, documentation, corrective actions, and performance management processes. Ensure compliance with employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, COBRA, OSHA, workers' compensation, unemployment, wage and hour laws, and applicable state regulations. Coordinate leave administration and return-to-work processes.

    Safety & Risk Management

    Support workplace safety initiatives, OSHA compliance, workers' compensation claims, safety training, and return-to-work programs. Partner with managers to promote a safe work environment and continuous safety improvements.

    Performance & Organizational Development

    Support company-wide performance management processes and annual review cycles. Assist with compensation administration, market analysis, merit increases, and incentive programs. Own and partner across the company with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, culture-building activities, and organizational communications.

    Additional Responsibilities

    Participate in special HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Support company acquisitions, integrations, and organizational changes as assigned. Travel up to 10% to support HR initiatives across company locations. Perform other duties as assigned.

    Education & Experience

    Required

    Bachelor’s degree in human resources. 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience. Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Experience with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable HRIS/payroll platform. Experience supporting multi-state payroll and HR compliance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
