You will work closely with field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to company quality standards.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership abilities, construction coordination experience, and excellent communication skills.

As a Commercial Carpenter / Drywall Mechanic, you will play a key role in the successful completion of commercial construction projects in MD/VA region. This position requires strong carpentry and drywall installation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards.
You will be responsible for framing, drywall installation, acoustical ceiling systems, door and hardware installation, and other commercial interior construction tasks across multiple job sites.
Key Responsibilities
Frame and install metal stud framing per plan and shop drawingsHang gypsum board (standard, fire-rated, moisture-resistant, abuse-resistant)Install acoustical ceiling tile (ACT) grid and tileInstall commercial doors, frames, and door hardwareBuild soffits, bulkheads, and column wraps as requiredMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all OSHA and site-specific safety requirementsQualifications:
