Core FunctionsDesign, implement, and maintain secure, scalable Azure cloud solutions and the supporting infrastructure for customers.Own the operational health of customer cloud platforms, including monitoring, incident response, root‑cause analysis, and implementation of preventative improvements.Optimize cloud environments for cost, scalability, and security. Troubleshoot and remediate cloud, network, device, and software issues within defined SLAs; engage vendors and internal teams to resolve complex issues.Deliver assigned project work using Agile practices; planning, executing, and coordinating tasks to meet scope, timeline, and quality expectations.Partner with Sales Engineers to define technical scope and cloud architecture for customer projects, proactively reducing re-scoping after project kickoff.Maintain and expand technical expertise through ongoing training and pursuit of industry-recognized cloud certifications.Create clear, timely documentation in tickets (customer context, actions taken, and next steps) to support customer success and reduce repeat issues.Travel to customer sites across the Greater Minneapolis - St. Paul, Minnesota and Western Wisconsin areas on short notice using reliable transportation.
