Job Summary: The Office Clerk provides operational support across copy/scan/print production, mail handling (USPS and FedEx), conference room and kitchen maintenance, and supply management. This role requires flexibility, multi-tasking, and a proactive approach to ensure smooth daily operations in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate and support copy, scan, and print production for internal teams. Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail, including USPS and FedEx shipments. Maintain conference rooms and kitchen areas in a clean and organized manner. Monitor, restock, and maintain office and breakroom supplies. Assist with lifting and moving items; support is available for items over 50 lbs. Adapt to changing priorities and perform multiple tasks as required in a non-routine environment. Required Skills: Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing daily responsibilities. Basic knowledge of mail processing and office equipment (copy, print, scan). Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to safely lift and move materials up to 50 lbs, with assistance for heavier items. Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in facilities, mailroom, or administrative support roles.
