Perform quality checks including truck sampling, sample de-linting, acid percentage, dryer and buffer temperatures, bushel weights, pH, cleanout percentages, seed count, tare analysis, seed appearance, bag analysis, and calibration of scales. Inspect packaged finished products to verify they meet established quality requirements. Assist with variety cleanouts and record findings accurately. Enter data into the Plant Monitoring Spreadsheet and report any deviations from quality parameters. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with all safety practices. Stand and walk for extended periods in an industrial or warehouse setting. Operate and work near industrial equipment such as delinter, dryers, buffers, cleaners, gravity tables, seed tanks, conveyors, baggers, scales, palletizers, wrappers, forklifts, and loading ramps. Use laboratory equipment including temperature probes, pH meters, beakers, distilled water, buffers, scales, bushel weight apparatus, and seed counters.
