  Job SummaryThe Staff Financial Analyst supports the Finance team, management, and regional teams by preparing detailed financial analyses, monitoring project and regional expenditures, and contributing to fiscal planning and reporting. This role plays a critical part in evaluating financial performance and supporting decision-making through accurate forecasting, budgeting, and feasibility analysis.
  Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Finance and Agency Regional teams in evaluating and monitoring project and regional expenditures and reportsConduct financial analyses using current and historical data to understand and explain costs and revenuesSupport the development of fiscal feasibility analyses for proposed programs and projectsResearch and prepare financial and resource management reports for planning and internal cost controlProvide analytical support and recommendations to Agency leadership based on financial dataCollaborate on budget development and narrative preparation for the Request for Proposal (RFP) processSupport the creation of forecasts for projects and regional operationsAssist in designing systems for automating financial reports and integrating them with the primary accounting/finance systemAnalyze fiscal and budget components, including direct and indirect cost allocationsPerform other duties as needed to support departmental or business requirementsCore CompetenciesStrong attention to detailInitiative and reliability; meets deadlines consistentlyHigh level of confidentialityAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentProficient research and analytical skillsComfortable working with financial systems and toolsJob-Specific CompetenciesAnalytical Thinking – Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insightsAttention to Detail – Accuracy in calculations, reporting, and documentationManages Multiple Priorities – Effective time and workload managementInitiative – Takes ownership of tasks and proactively seeks solutionsResearch – Gathers relevant financial and operational data to support business needsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field2–3 years of progressively responsible experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or accountingEquivalent education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

  Job Summary  The Sterile Processing Technologist is a vital member of the Surgery Department, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sterilization, and proper preparation of surgical instruments and equipment. Supports surgical operations by maintaining sterile environments and organizing supplies for procedures.
  Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and sterilize all operating room (OR) and departmental instrumentation.Clean and test all sterilizers daily to ensure proper function.Create pre-packaged instrument sets for specific surgical procedures.Set up case carts for scheduled OR cases.Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes.Assist in turning over rooms between surgical cases.Organize and monitor expiration dates on surgical supplies.Assist surgical team members with gowning and gloving.Support patient positioning and transport from cart to bed and back.Stock and maintain adequate surgical supplies.
  Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred).Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  Preferred Qualifications (if any)Prior experience in a hospital or surgical services department.Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control standards.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

This role serves as a liaison between vendors, clinical teams, and SPD staff, ensuring seamless operations, timely communication, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  Key ResponsibilitiesLoaner & Consignment Tray CoordinationServe as the point person for managing all incoming and outgoing loaner and consignment trays.Verify accuracy, completeness, and integrity of tray contents before and after sterilization.Coordinate with vendors, clinical partners, and SPD teams to ensure timely delivery and proper processing.Track and document tray movement through the sterilization and return cycle.Production & Workflow OversightOversee daily production flow in coordination with SPD leadership.Identify and resolve potential delays, discrepancies, or bottlenecks.Maintain communication with technicians and leadership to align production goals.Provide guidance and oversight to Production Technicians as needed.Communication & Relationship ManagementAct as a liaison between vendors, clinical teams, and SPD staff.Maintain regular communication with partner hospitals and surgery centers regarding tray status and delivery schedules.Represent the organization professionally in all interactions.Data Accuracy & ReportingEnsure accurate and timely entry of data into tracking systems.Generate reports summarizing activity, volume trends, and improvement opportunities.Uphold documentation standards supporting regulatory compliance.
