    Job SummaryThe Staff Financial Analyst supports the Finance team, management, and regional teams by preparing detailed financial analyses, monitoring project and regional expenditures, and contributing to fiscal planning and reporting. This role plays a critical part in evaluating financial performance and supporting decision-making through accurate forecasting, budgeting, and feasibility analysis.

    Job Summary  The Sterile Processing Technologist is a vital member of the Surgery Department, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sterilization, and proper preparation of surgical instruments and equipment. Supports surgical operations by maintaining sterile environments and organizing supplies for procedures.
    Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and sterilize all operating room (OR) and departmental instrumentation.Clean and test all sterilizers daily to ensure proper function.Create pre-packaged instrument sets for specific surgical procedures.Set up case carts for scheduled OR cases.Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes.Assist in turning over rooms between surgical cases.Organize and monitor expiration dates on surgical supplies.Assist surgical team members with gowning and gloving.Support patient positioning and transport from cart to bed and back.Stock and maintain adequate surgical supplies.
    Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred).Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    Preferred Qualifications (if any)Prior experience in a hospital or surgical services department.Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control standards.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    Certifications (if any)Basic Life Support (BLS) – required.Certification in Central Sterile Processing (CRCST or equivalent) – preferred.

    Key ResponsibilitiesLoaner & Consignment Tray CoordinationServe as the point person for managing all incoming and outgoing loaner and consignment trays.Verify accuracy, completeness, and integrity of tray contents before and after sterilization.Coordinate with vendors, clinical partners, and SPD teams to ensure timely delivery and proper processing.Track and document tray movement through the sterilization and return cycle.Production & Workflow OversightOversee daily production flow in coordination with SPD leadership.Identify and resolve potential delays, discrepancies, or bottlenecks.Maintain communication with technicians and leadership to align production goals.Provide guidance and oversight to Production Technicians as needed.Communication & Relationship ManagementAct as a liaison between vendors, clinical teams, and SPD staff.Maintain regular communication with partner hospitals and surgery centers regarding tray status and delivery schedules.Represent the organization professionally in all interactions.Data Accuracy & ReportingEnsure accurate and timely entry of data into tracking systems.Generate reports summarizing activity, volume trends, and improvement opportunities.Uphold documentation standards supporting regulatory compliance.
