    Hiring Senior Principal Architect, (multiple locations) (Denver, Greenwood Village CO; Albuquerque; Salt Lake City, South Jordan; Las Vegas; Boise, ID) The Senior Principal Architect is responsible for design and management solutions that support the needs of the firm's client base. Develop schematic and complete design solutions in accordance with the firm's design standards. Coordinate with internal including engineering, project management, construction estimating, construction field staff and building code officials as well as external consultants to provide solutions that deliver the design intent effectively and efficiently. Participate in document production with other teams to ensure that all building components are fully integrated with one another. Requirements: (10) ten years + broad-based architectural experience, including building infrastructure design. Professional license and NCARB certificate or ability to obtain NCARB Certificate. Experience with budget/schedule, and quality responsibility. Experience in public bid projects. Proficiency in Architectural design and quality responsibility. Knowledge of building systems and their coordination/integration; Architectural, Structural, MEP, Civil Knowledge and working experience with building codes, environmental regulations and sustainability concepts. Demonstrate experience with appropriate materials use and methods of construction, development of construction details and specifications of materials. Proficient in Revit BIM software and AutoCAD a plus. Proficient in MS Office Suite, and Bluebeam. Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and direct the architectural work throughout the project life cycle. Supervise and direct a design team. Manage a variety of projects from design concept through construction administration. Interface/coordinate architecture and engineering disciplines to develop and execute architectural design concepts. Communicate and coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and expectations. Experience running architectural project teams including communicating and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, obtaining agency approval, contract documentation, technical detailing, and construction administration. Direct architectural team in effective execution in the development of the architectural construction documents (focus on detailing, specifications, and materials) and coordinate with architectural, BIM and engineering staff. Ensure that the project undergoes standard quality assurance activities including QAQC reviews during each phase of the project. Assist in development of project costs, budget, and schedule.
