    Position Overview:
    As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Comprehensive Disability Services, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior intervention programs for individuals with disabilities. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, caregivers, and other professionals, to develop comprehensive treatment plans aimed at improving behavior, communication, and adaptive skills. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, analyzing data, and providing ongoing support and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members. Additionally, you will serve as a resource for families and caregivers, offering guidance, training, and support to promote effective strategies for managing challenging behaviors and promoting positive outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).Design and implement data collection systems to monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians and other team members.Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and continuity of care.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and interventions.Stay current with research and best practices in the field of ABA and apply evidence-based strategies to guide intervention.Qualifications:

    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field preferred.Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a BCBA in a clinical or community-based setting.Strong clinical skills in conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and team members.Experience providing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members.Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting the well-being of clients and their families.What We Offer:

    A Behavior Technician (BT) is responsible for assisting behavioral analysis teams in evaluating mental health patients and their conditions over a certain timeframe. Their duties include adhering to behavioral health plans developed by other mental health professionals to provide patients with beneficial care, interviewing patients at their home or healthcare facility, and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior mental health professionals.

    We are currently seeking Behavior Technicians who excel in carrying out training plans for clients with a wide variety of needs. The successful candidate will work directly with the behavioral analysis team to implement behavior improvement plans for clients with disabilities. Additionally, we're looking for individuals who have experience assessing, monitoring, and modifying behaviors in individual and small-group settings.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Be able to complete a 40 hour training class, pass oral competancy exam, and pass the state licensing exam to become a Registered Behavior technician within 90 days of employment.Provide direct ABA services to clients.Build rapport with clients to facilitate implementation of programs as designed by a BCBA.Collect data on client progress to assist BCBA in program development.Write detailed and timely notes on client progress to assist in client program evaluation.Conduct behavior and program evaluations.Exhibit patience when manging client behaviors.Provide valuable feedback to assist BCBA with parent education.Attend staff and program meetings.
    Qualifications:


    Previous work experience as an RBT preferred but not requiredRBT Certification (if you are not certified please apply to our behavior technician (BT) position).Ability to empathize with patients and their family members.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Ability to remain professional in high-stress situations.Excellent written communication skill.
