Complete Equipment Rentals (CER) is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced, creative, and results-driven person to take our brand, marketing, and lead-generation efforts to the next level.
Serving contractors, industrial companies, municipalities, and commercial customers throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, CER has built its reputation on exceptional service, premium equipment, and long-term customer relationships.
This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead the marketing function for a growing company. Working directly with the Director of Sales and Executive Leadership, you'll develop campaigns that generate qualified leads, strengthen the CER brand, support our sales team, and contribute directly to company growth.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and other relevant platforms.Manage paid advertising campaigns, content calendars, social media, and online engagement.Maintain and optimize the company website, SEO strategy, landing pages, and online presence.Generate qualified leads through email marketing, CRM campaigns, digital initiatives, and targeted outreach.Create professional sales presentations, brochures, product literature, customer newsletters, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral.Maintain consistent CER branding across digital media, print materials, vehicles, apparel, signage, and trade shows.Plan and coordinate customer appreciation events, open houses, trade shows, equipment demonstrations, and other company events.Develop compelling content, including equipment spotlights, customer testimonials, jobsite photography, videos, employee features, and promotional campaigns.Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, support customer acquisition, and develop sales-enablement materials.Track and analyze key performance indicators, including website traffic, lead generation, social engagement, campaign ROI, and overall marketing performance.Continuously evaluate new marketing channels, technologies, and strategies that can help CER increase brand awareness and revenue.What We're Looking For
3–5 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in a growth-oriented environment.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising.Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong project management, organizational, and time-management abilities.Creative thinker with a strong eye for branding, content, and presentation.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales, leadership, and other departments.Construction, industrial, manufacturing, or equipment rental experience is a strong plus.Why Join CER?

Complete Equipment Rentals is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Mechanic to oversee the maintenance, repair, and readiness of our fleet of aerial construction equipment. The Lead Mechanic is responsible for diagnosing mechanical issues, performing repairs, leading shop technicians, and ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards of safety and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and repair aerial construction equipment, including boom lifts, scissor lifts, telehandlers, and related machinery.Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service on all rental equipment.Lead and mentor shop technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.Prioritize and coordinate repairs to maximize equipment uptime and rental availability.Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, diesel engine, and mechanical systems.Ensure all repairs are completed accurately, safely, and efficiently.Maintain service records, repair documentation, and maintenance schedules.Conduct equipment inspections prior to delivery and upon return from customers.Enforce shop safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.Coordinate with the Parts Department and Operations team to ensure timely ordering and availability of parts and materials.Assist with emergency field service calls when necessary.Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of heavy equipment, aerial equipment, or construction equipment maintenance experience.Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and diesel-powered equipment systems.Ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordExperience working with aerial equipment brands such as Genie, JLG, Skyjack, or similar manufacturers.Equipment manufacturer certifications are a plus.What We Offer
