Position Summary
Complete Equipment Rentals is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Mechanic to oversee the maintenance, repair, and readiness of our fleet of aerial construction equipment. The Lead Mechanic is responsible for diagnosing mechanical issues, performing repairs, leading shop technicians, and ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards of safety and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and repair aerial construction equipment, including boom lifts, scissor lifts, telehandlers, and related machinery.Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service on all rental equipment.Lead and mentor shop technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.Prioritize and coordinate repairs to maximize equipment uptime and rental availability.Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, diesel engine, and mechanical systems.Ensure all repairs are completed accurately, safely, and efficiently.Maintain service records, repair documentation, and maintenance schedules.Conduct equipment inspections prior to delivery and upon return from customers.Enforce shop safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.Coordinate with the Parts Department and Operations team to ensure timely ordering and availability of parts and materials.Assist with emergency field service calls when necessary.Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of heavy equipment, aerial equipment, or construction equipment maintenance experience.Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and diesel-powered equipment systems.Ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordExperience working with aerial equipment brands such as Genie, JLG, Skyjack, or similar manufacturers.Equipment manufacturer certifications are a plus.What We Offer

Complete Equipment, a growing aerial equipment rental company, is seeking an experienced and organized Parts Manager to oversee all aspects of our parts department. This position is responsible for maintaining inventory, sourcing parts, supporting the service team, and ensuring equipment downtime is minimized through efficient parts management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the parts departmentMaintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular cycle countsOrder, receive, and stock parts for aerial equipment and related machinerySource parts from vendors and negotiate pricing and delivery schedulesEnsure technicians have the necessary parts to complete repairs efficientlyMonitor inventory usage and implement cost-control measuresProcess purchase orders, invoices, and warranty claimsMaintain accurate records in the company’s inventory management systemDevelop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliersIdentify opportunities to improve parts availability and department efficiencyEnsure the parts department remains organized, clean, and safeQualifications
Previous experience managing a parts department, preferably in equipment rental, construction equipment, heavy equipment, or related industriesKnowledge of aerial equipment and equipment components preferred Strong inventory management and organizational skillsProficiency with computer systems and inventory softwareExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
