    Participation in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule for emergency responseAvailability for additional support during major disastersOvertime as required

    Oversee day-to-day details of assigned construction projects.Coordinate closely with Estimators, Carpenters, and Subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
