I am searching for a rare kind of person — someone who leads with both precision and heart — to serve as our Business Operations Coordinator & Scheduler.

You will coordinate schedules, manage communication, support systems, and ensure that our clients and care team experience seamless service. You are not “just filling shifts.” You are protecting standards. You are safeguarding trust.

Strong organizational and communication skills

This is an in person role, its full time Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm and every other weekend a few hours virtually. This role also offers benefits.
