Position Summary:
Our busy pediatric office in Orlando is seeking a compassionate, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and families, provides excellent customer service, and can manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
Check patients in and out, verify insurance, and collect co-pays.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently.
Answer phone calls, return messages, and route calls appropriately.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Handle medical record requests and complete necessary forms.
Communicate clearly and courteously with patients, parents, and clinical staff.
Assist with updating patient information and verifying demographics.
Support the team with general administrative duties as needed.
Schedule & Benefits:
Full-time, Monday through Friday (some Saturdays may be required).
