COMPASS LAW GROUP Your Battle. Our Compass.

At Compass Law Group, we are more than a law firm — we are a force for change. We exist to guide individuals through lifes most challenging legal moments with clarity, courage, and an unwavering commitment to results. Every case we take, every client we serve, and every team member we invest in reflects our belief that people deserve more than ordinary representation — they deserve a team that fights for them.

Building a firm of this caliber requires exceptional people. People who are bold enough to challenge the status quo, sharp enough to navigate complexity, and compassionate enough to never lose sight of the human being at the center of every case. Every Case has a name. Every name has a story. We fight for both.

If that sounds like you — keep reading.

    OUR FIVE ORGANIZATIONAL CERTAINTIES:

These are not values we aspire to. They are the standards we live by — every case, every client, every day.

We Lead With Purpose Everything we do is driven by a clear and unwavering mission — to deliver exceptional legal outcomes for the people who trust us with their most difficult moments. Purpose is not a poster on our wall. It is the lens through which every decision is made.We Build, We Dont Just Maintain We are a firm in motion. We are constantly evolving, improving, and innovating — and we expect our team to do the same. If you are energized by growth, challenged by complexity, and excited by the opportunity to build something meaningful, you will thrive here.Excellence is Non-Negotiable We hold ourselves to the highest standard in everything — client communication, case strategy, team collaboration, and personal accountability. Good enough is never good enough at Compass Law Group. We pursue excellence not because it is required, but because our clients deserve nothing less.People Are Our Greatest Asset We invest deeply in our team — in their development, their wellbeing, their growth, and their success. We recognize that the quality of our work is a direct reflection of the quality of our culture. When our people thrive, our clients thrive.Integrity Is Our Foundation We do not cut corners. We do not compromise our values for convenience. We operate with radical transparency, ethical decision-making, and the kind of honesty that builds lasting trust — with our clients, our partners, and each other.

If our mission moves you the way it moves us, your seat is waiting.

    THE OPPORTUNITY:

Some paralegals file documents. Some manage calendars. Some sit behind a desk and wait to be told what to do next. That is not who we are looking for.

    WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY MEANS:

As a Litigation Paralegal at Compass Law Group you are not a support function. You are a critical member of the litigation team — the engine behind every case strategy, the foundation beneath every attorneys work, and the steady hand that keeps complex litigation moving forward with precision and purpose.

You will work directly alongside our litigation attorneys — supporting, anticipating, and executing at the highest level. You will know your cases inside and out. You will see issues before they become problems. You will bring solutions before you are asked for them. And you will do it all with the kind of professionalism, discretion, and commitment that our clients deserve.

This is not a role for someone who needs to be managed. This is a role for someone who is ready to lead from their seat — and make every attorney they work with more effective because of it.

We are looking for a litigation paralegal who is sharp, strategic, and relentless. Someone who understands that behind every case is a real person — counting on this team to fight for them with everything we have. Someone who does not wait for direction — they create it. Someone who makes the attorneys they work with better — every single day.

If that is you — this is your moment.

    WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

Discovery Management Litigation Support You are the architect of the discovery process. You draft, propound, and respond to written discovery — interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission — with precision, strategy, and a deep understanding of what each case needs. You organize and manage discovery responses with meticulous attention to detail and ensure nothing is ever missed or late.

Medical Record Review Case Analysis You obtain, organize, and analyze medical records, bills, and treatment documentation with a sharp and experienced eye. You translate complex medical information into clear, compelling summaries that give our attorneys exactly what they need to build and argue the strongest possible case. You understand the connection between medical treatment and damages — and you leverage that knowledge strategically.

Deposition Preparation Support You prepare deposition summaries, organize exhibits, and assist attorneys in building deposition outlines and strategies. You know how to read a deposition transcript for the details that matter — and you flag them before anyone has to ask.

Motion Drafting Legal Research You draft motions, oppositions, briefs, and supporting documents with confidence, clarity, and legal precision. You conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar platforms and present your findings in a way that is immediately actionable for the attorneys you support.

Trial Preparation Trial Support You are trial-ready — always. You assist in preparing trial binders, exhibit lists, witness files, and trial notebooks with the kind of organizational thoroughness that makes our attorneys feel fully prepared and fully supported. When trial comes you are in the room — ready to execute whatever is needed in real time.

Case File Management Organization You maintain impeccably organized case files — physical and digital — ensuring that every document, every deadline, and every critical piece of information is exactly where it needs to be when it needs to be there. You are the standard bearer for organization on this team.

Court Filing Procedural Compliance You manage all aspects of court filings — electronic and physical — with complete accuracy and strict adherence to court rules, local rules, and procedural requirements. You know Los Angeles Superior Court and you know it well. Nothing is filed late. Nothing is filed incorrectly. Ever.

Expert Coordination Management You coordinate with expert witnesses — medical experts, accident reconstructionists, economists, and others — scheduling, managing communications, and ensuring all expert materials are organized and prepared to support case strategy and trial preparation.

Client Communication Support You communicate with clients professionally, compassionately, and clearly — providing updates, gathering information, and ensuring that our clients always feel informed and supported throughout the litigation process. You understand that for our clients this is not just a case — it is their life. And you treat it that way.

Deadline Calendar Management You work in close coordination with our calendaring clerk to ensure every deadline — statutes of limitations, discovery cutoffs, motion deadlines, court dates — is tracked with absolute precision. You do not miss deadlines. Full stop.

    WHO YOU ARE

You are a seasoned litigation paralegal who brings both technical expertise and genuine passion to the work. You are organized to a level that borders on extraordinary. You anticipate what is needed before it is asked. You communicate with clarity and professionalism. And you never — under any circumstances — lose sight of the person at the center of every case you touch.

You are not looking for a place to show up and collect a paycheck. You are looking for a place where your expertise is valued, your growth is intentional, and your work genuinely matters.

If our mission moves you the way it moves us, your seat is waiting.

    THE OPPORTUNITY:

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CASE MANAGERS WHO ARE BUILT DIFFERENT.

We are looking for someone who feels the weight of a client's battle — and shows up every single day ready to carry it with them until justice is served.

THIS IS NOT A PASSIVE ROLE.

As a Case Manager at Compass Law Group you are the heartbeat of every case you touch. You are the voice our clients hear when they are scared and confused. You are the engine that keeps cases moving forward. You are the bridge between our clients and our attorneys — and the difference between a case that drifts and a case that wins.

You will own your cases from the moment a client signs with us to the moment they receive their settlement check — and everything in between. This role demands urgency, empathy, precision, and an unwavering commitment to the people we serve.

If you are ready to do the most meaningful work of your legal career — this is your seat.

    WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

You keep them informed, calm, and confident — answering their questions, returning their calls promptly, and making sure they never feel alone in their battle. You speak their language and you make the complex feel manageable.

Medical Treatment Coordination You ensure every client is receiving the medical care they need to heal — and to build the strongest possible case. You coordinate with treating physicians, specialists, and medical facilities, track treatment progress, and identify gaps that could impact case value.

Medical Record Review & Case Analysis You obtain, organize, and analyze medical records, bills, and treatment summaries with a sharp eye for detail. You translate complex medical information into clear, compelling case narratives that set our attorneys up to negotiate from a position of strength.

Insurance & Liability Management You verify coverage, track claims, communicate with insurance adjusters, and ensure every policy and avenue of recovery is identified and maximized. You understand the insurance landscape and you know how to navigate it strategically.

You manage your caseload with precision — tracking every task, every follow-up, and every critical date with the discipline of someone who understands that in personal injury law timing is everything.

Team Collaboration & Case Strategy You participate actively in case strategy discussions, file reviews, and team meetings — bringing your knowledge of each case and your insights on client needs to the table. You are not just an executor. You are a thinker and a contributor.

    WHO YOU ARE:

You are sharp, compassionate, and relentlessly organized. You thrive in high-volume environments without sacrificing quality or losing sight of the human being at the center of every file. COMPASS LAW GROUP

    Your Battle. Our Compass.

At Compass Law Group, we are more than a law firm — we are a force for change. We exist to guide individuals through life's most challenging legal moments with clarity, courage, and an unwavering commitment to results.

    2. We Build, We Don't Just Maintain We are a firm in motion. We are constantly evolving, improving, and innovating — and we expect our team to do the same. If you are energized by growth, challenged by complexity, and excited by the opportunity to build something meaningful, you will thrive here.

If our mission moves you the way it moves us, your seat is waiting.

    THE OPPORTUNITY:

THIS IS NOT A SEAT AT SOMEONE ELSE'S TABLE.

This Is Your Table. You are a Leader, a Litigator, and a Champion.

As a Litigation Attorney at Compass Law Group you will have something that most attorneys spend years waiting for — your own team, your own caseload, and the full autonomy to litigate the way you know how.

You will lead a dedicated support team comprised of an experienced paralegal and calendaring clerk — professionals who are there to amplify your work, execute your strategy, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.

You will manage a focused caseload of approximately 50 active personal injury litigation files — giving you the bandwidth to litigate each case with the depth, strategy, and attention it deserves rather than drowning in volume without support.

This is the opportunity to build something — a team culture, a litigation style, a track record, and a legacy — inside a firm that is fully invested in your success.

    WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

Case Strategy & Litigation Leadership You are the architect of every case in your portfolio. From the moment a case enters litigation you are driving the strategy — evaluating liability, assessing damages, identifying strengths and vulnerabilities, and building the roadmap to the best possible outcome for your client. You do not wait to be directed. You lead.

Full Spectrum Litigation Management You handle the full litigation lifecycle with confidence and command — from filing complaints and propounding discovery to taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, attending hearings, and preparing cases for trial. You are comfortable in the court room, and you perform at your best under pressure.

Team Leadership & Development You lead your dedicated support team — your paralegal, calendaring clerk, and litigation assistant — with clarity, respect, and purpose. You delegate strategically, communicate expectations clearly, and create an environment where your team is empowered to perform at the highest level. You invest in the people who work with you because you understand that their success is your success.

Client Relationship Management Your clients are not just case numbers — they are people who have been through something traumatic and are counting on you to fight for them. You maintain regular, meaningful communication with your clients throughout the litigation process — keeping them informed, managing expectations honestly, and advocating for them with everything you have.

Discovery & Motion Practice You propound and respond to written discovery with precision and strategy. You draft and argue compelling motions — demurrers, motions for summary judgment, motions in limine, and beyond — with the skill and confidence of an attorney who knows the law and knows how to use it.

Deposition Strategy & Execution You take and defend depositions with a strategic eye and a commanding presence. You prepare your clients thoroughly, anticipate opposing counsel's approach, and extract the testimony that builds your case and protects your client's interests.

Negotiation & Settlement You negotiate from a position of strength — leveraging your deep case knowledge, your litigation track record, and your understanding of damages to drive settlements that truly serve your clients. You know when to settle and you know when to fight. And you are equally prepared for both.

Trial Preparation & Trial You prepare every case as if it is going to trial — because sometimes it does. You work with your team to build trial-ready files, develop compelling trial narratives, prepare witnesses, and deliver the kind of courtroom performance that wins cases and builds reputations.

Compliance & Risk Management You manage your caseload with meticulous attention to deadlines, statutes of limitations, and court rules. You work closely with your calendaring clerk to ensure nothing is ever missed — because in litigation the cost of a missed deadline is a client's case. That is a cost you are never willing to pay.

    WHO YOU ARE:

You are a seasoned litigator who leads from the front. You are as comfortable in a deposition room as you are in a courtroom. You bring strategic intelligence, emotional intelligence, and the kind of relentless work ethic that earns the respect of your team, your clients, and opposing counsel alike.

You are not looking for a firm to plug into. You are looking for a firm to help build — one that shares your standard of excellence and gives you the platform, the team, and the autonomy to do the best work of your career.

    You bring:

COMPASS LAW GROUP Your Battle. Our Compass.

At Compass Law Group, we are more than a law firm — we are a force for change. We exist to guide individuals through life's most challenging legal moments with clarity, courage, and an unwavering commitment to results.

    1. We Lead With Purpose Everything we do is driven by a clear and unwavering mission — to deliver exceptional legal outcomes for the people who trust us with their most difficult moments. Purpose is not a poster on our wall. It is the lens through which every decision is made.

    2. We Build, We Don't Just Maintain We are a firm in motion. We are constantly evolving, improving, and innovating — and we expect our team to do the same. If you are energized by growth, challenged by complexity, and excited by the opportunity to build something meaningful, you will thrive here.

    3. Excellence is Non-Negotiable We hold ourselves to the highest standard in everything — client communication, case strategy, team collaboration, and personal accountability. Good enough is never good enough at Compass Law Group. We pursue excellence not because it is required, but because our clients deserve nothing less.

    4. People Are Our Greatest Asset We invest deeply in our team — in their development, their wellbeing, their growth, and their success. We recognize that the quality of our work is a direct reflection of the quality of our culture. When our people thrive, our clients thrive.

    5. Integrity Is Our Foundation We do not cut corners. We do not compromise our values for convenience. We operate with radical transparency, ethical decision-making, and the kind of honesty that builds lasting trust — with our clients, our partners, and each other.

If our mission moves you the way it moves us, your seat is waiting.

    THE OPPORTUNITY:
