    Job Summary

    Summary: As a Patient Flow Manager, you will be responsible for the effective leadership of a team of Patient Flow Coordinators and Transporters within a hospital setting.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Understands and applies knowledge of basic patient transport concepts, infection control practices, and proper body mechanics.Understands and determines, explains, and develops dispatcher logic and transporter activities; monitors and supervises dispatcher activity.Assists in coordination of Patient Transportation activities and services with other departments; develops service agreements as appropriate.Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies including but not limited to Federal, State, JCAHO, OSHA, and CDC.Orients, trains, and develops all levels of personnel such as, dispatchers, trainers, transporters, couriers, drivers, and elevator operators.Assists unit director in achieving financial objectives, ensures department operates within budget, and assists controlling departmental expenses.Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Management experience in hospital environment and/or patient transportation.Analytical ability to interpret statistical data and to distinguish trends and other factors that impact operational activity.Basic computer skills with Windows based Operating System; ability to troubleshoot system problems related to computer or software systems and initiate internal or external resolution to system issues.Associate’s degree is preferred.

    Job Summary

    Summary: As an Operations Manager, you are responsible for assisting in directing and overseeing the support services operational needs of the department. You will coordinate the tasks of the frontline associates and will serve as a liaison between administration and unit departments, providing the highest possible level of service.

    Job Summary

    This role is a key support position for the company working as the ‘right-hand’ to provide administrative and personal support to the CEO.     As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be the sole provider of all administrative support. You will also be a resource to the executive team by providing them with information as needed to complete varying projects that they may be working on.

    The ideal candidate can think strategically, see the “big picture,” recognizing impact of decisions on the operation and company and pay attention to details. Be able to communicate articulately, clearly, and concisely (verbal and written) and know what, when and how to communicate depending on audience and subject matter (sensitivity and timing). The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to operate independently, collaboratively and have a strong, multifaceted working style as a collaborator and a great teammate.

    To ensure success in this role, the candidate should be very detail oriented and will have a strong sense of urgency with all requests and inquiries. Additionally, you can maintain the highest level of integrity when speaking with our clients on behalf of the CEO and provide any back-up on the inquiry whenever possible prior to delivering messages. As a gatekeeper, you will redirect inquiries to other departments whenever possible and ensure they are followed through to completion.

     

    Professional support:

    Calendar/Travel – Manage all appointments by accessing the executive team calendars and send meeting requests directly from the CEO's account to attendees.

    Travel – Arrange all travel logistics, including flights, cars, hotels, and dinners. Contact clients directly to schedule meetings in an order that enhances efficiency during business trips.

    Writing – Independently compose letters and emails to clients and business associates, both from dictation and on your own initiative. Ensure that all commitments made in the correspondence are followed through.

    Phone – In the CEO's absence, you will be responsible for answering all calls, accurately relaying messages, and personally handling any requests whenever possible.

    Meetings – Schedule all recurring meetings with leadership teams. Create and circulate agendas accordingly. Secure arrangements for group meetings, hotels, meals, and activities. Negotiate and lead contracts as appropriate.

    Attend meetings to take meeting minutes and supervise all deliverables, as requested.

    Presentations – Update all PowerPoint presentations that are used for executive team meetings, and various company update meetings ensuring that all information is current and accurate.

    Miscellaneous – Perform basic office tasks such as filing, updating, and formatting PowerPoint presentations. Aid with People Hub and handle various other administrative duties and responsibilities.

     

    Education and Experience

    5+ years related experience supporting C-Suite executive or equivalent combination.

    Bachelor's degree (BA/BS or equivalent experience)

    PC skills:

    Position requires advanced proficiency and sophisticated skills for the following PC applications: MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook)

    Demonstrated experience with a suite of AI tools such as, Office 365, Chat GPT to increase efficiency of the role and assist various tasks and communications.

    Proven Finance and Analytical Skills.

    LICENSES:

    Valid driver’s license required.

    Location:

    This position is based out of our corporate office in Charlotte, NC and in office position requiring a minimum of 3-5 days a week in person.

    Working as an Assistant Director II, you are responsible for assisting the Director of Environmental Services in directing and overseeing the operational needs of the Housekeeping Department.  You will coordinate the tasks of the Operations Managers.  You will serve as a liaison between administration and hospital departments and provide the highest possible level of service.    
     
    Key Responsibilities:
    •    Establishes and reviews standards and work procedures for all Housekeeping staff in accordance with established policies and practices of the facility
    •    Plans work schedules, hours, areas of work, and job duties to ensure adequate housekeeping services are rendered to all areas
    •    Interviews, selects, hires, evaluates, and recommends termination of facility housekeeping personnel in accordance with facility standards.  
    •    Orients, trains, develops and supervises of all Housekeeping staff
    •    Performs regular inspections and evaluations of the facility; ability to recommend action items; assists with relocations within the facility
    •    Conducts regular staff meetings and communicates with members of other departments to coordinate housekeeping activities
    •    Schedules major project work, assuring that adequate staff and supplies are available
    •    Conducts regular inventory of housekeeping supplies
    •    Assists Department Director with budgets
    Preferred Qualifications:
    •    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work history required
    •    Working knowledge of all housekeeping procedures preferred
    •    Demonstrated progressive growth in the field of health care housekeeping facility maintenance
    •    Strong work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for quality and customer service
    •    Excellent written and oral communication, listening and empathy, and problem solving (one-on-one and group) skills 
    •    Ability to utilize a participative approach to managing staff, to function appropriately under stress, to organize and prioritize tasks, and to develop budgets with a complete understanding of facility needs and requirements
    •    Excellent stress management skills, administrative and organizational, and follow-through (with associates and clients) skills required
