    Job Summary

    Summary: The Concessions Cashier is responsible for being able to accurately ring up and sell product in an efficient manner. The Cashier should be comfortable approaching guests to offer services and sell products. In addition, the Cashier must be willing to help fellow co-workers complete tasks.

    Key Areas of Responsibility:

    Handles cash and credit card transactions using the Point of Sales system.Responds to guest's needs and requests, effectively using suggestive and upselling techniques, and maintains service areas.Completes steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction.Understands and can describe menu offerings, packaging/presentation and pricing.Responds to guest needs and requests.Employs good safety and sanitation practices.Follows cash handling and tip reporting guidelines.Responsible for maintaining the stand sheet with inventory responsibilites.Adheres to Levy Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook.Thoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilites.Communicates guest issues to management.Follows responsible alcohol service policies.Practice proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment.Performs other duties as assigned.

    Essential Job Duties

    Stand for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests.Must be able to reach with hands and arms for one-third to two-thirds or more of the designated shift.Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day.Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.Move from sitting to standing position easily and quickly.

    Job Summary

    Job Summary

    Summary: Operates Point of Sale system, assists the Chef, prepares coffee, and keeps the coffee and cashier stations clean. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Helps prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts. Also helps prepare catering orders.Performs cashier duties using the POS system.Perform general cleaning duties; removes trash and garbage to designated areas.Provides service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.Cashiers according to established procedures, maintaining cash accuracy with receipts. Makes deposits at the end of each shift.Inventories and restocks supplies and food products.Sets up serving line, ensuring temperatures are taken, recorded and within acceptable ranges; notifies cooks if food temperatures are not within acceptable limits.Serves hot and cold items to customers.Sets up items for purchase on daily basis.Keeps refrigerator stocked and product rotated using the first in, first out rule.Stocks pantries with correct par levels of food items on a daily basis. Records replenished amounts on floor stock form for each unit. Records refrigerator temperatures on floor stock form daily.Performs other duties as assigned.The Benefits
