    Position: Cabinet Maker - Experienced 3-5 years mandatory

    Overview
    Join Lenova Cabinetry as an Experienced Cabinet Maker and become a vital part of our shop; building and assembling cabinetry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in woodworking and fabrication while supporting the production process from start to finish.

    Responsibilities

    · Build and Assemble cabinets in a timely manner using blueprints/shop drawings.

    · Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to processes.

    · Working with production, identify issues, and support timely problem-solving.

    · Cut, shape and assemble high-quality wood components for kitchen and bath cabinetry, vanities and closets

    · Safely operate standard shop machinery for woodworking.

    Qualifications:

    · Strong communication and organizational skills.

    · Proven ability to multi-task and manage priorities under deadlines.

    · High attention to detail and quality.

    · Ability to be self-sufficient and work with little instruction

    · 3-5 years experience with woodworking and fabrication preferred.

    · Detail-Oriented a measure twice cut once mentality with an eye for fine details in sanding and assembly

    · Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for the duration of a shift in a fast-paced production environment.

    ·Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
