The Role
We are seeking an ambitious, self-starting PMHNP to join our team in Oregon. Unlike traditional outpatient clinics with 20% cancellation rates, our providers enjoy a 2% cancellation rate. You will be supported by a dedicated facilitator who manages the logistics, allowing you to move seamlessly from one patient to the next.
Key Responsibilities
Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management to geriatric populations in long-term care settings.Conduct initial visits (in-person or telehealth per current Oregon regulations).Maintain a high-volume, high-impact schedule (targeting 16–20 patients per day).Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including LCSWs LCP’s and our Medical Director.

Qualifications
Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).Active Oregon NP license (Must be an Oregon resident for Certificate of Authorization/Medicaid billing).Experience or a strong interest in Geriatric Mental Health.An "ambitious" mindset—you prefer a fast-paced day over sitting in a quiet office.
