The Role
We are seeking an ambitious, self-starting PMHNP to join our team in Oregon. Unlike traditional outpatient clinics with 20% cancellation rates, our providers enjoy a 2% cancellation rate. You will be supported by a dedicated facilitator who manages the logistics, allowing you to move seamlessly from one patient to the next.
Key Responsibilities
Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management to geriatric populations in long-term care settings.Conduct initial visits (in-person or telehealth per current Oregon regulations).Maintain a high-volume, high-impact schedule (targeting 16–20 patients per day).Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including LCSWs LCP’s and our Medical Director.Why Join Us?
