    Highlights

    Community Physician Network is seeking a team-oriented & skilled Non-Invasive Cardiologist who is motivated to make a difference in their community. Our Cardiovascular Product Line has a well-deserved reputation for providing comprehensive cardiac care with excellent patient outcomes.

    * Cardiovascular Product Line consists of 49 Cardiologists, 4 Cardiothoracic Surgeons, 7 Vascular Surgeons, and approximately 50 APPs.

    * Fully integrated advanced program offering all services with the exception of transplantation

    * Chest pain accreditation with 24/7 STEMI coverage, structural heart program, impella program, heart failure program, cardio-oncology, & pulmonary hypertension.

    * Based primarily at Community Hospital South with outreach at Schneck - Community has partnered with Schneck Medical Center to provide cardiovascular services.


    Licensure & Certification

    * American Board of Cardiology certification

    * Indiana medical license will be required

    Desired requirements

    * Interest in growing an outpatient practice

    * Interest in advanced imaging would be a plus but not required

    * Welcome multidisciplinary approach to patient care
