What You'll Do:Conduct skilled nursing visits in patients' homes (assessment, reassessment, medication administration, IV therapy, and treatments)Develop and implement individualized care plansEducate patients and caregivers on managing conditions and medicationsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of careDocument visits and patient progress accurately and timely✅ What You'll Need:Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.Graduate of an accredited nursing programMinimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (Home Health experience preferred)CPR certification (required)Reliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseA caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care????
