    Job Description
    Responsibilities
    Student loan repayment program as well as relocation assistance offered! As an ICU Nurse you will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary health care team to provide patient care of considerable difficulty and utilize the nursing process to assess plan implement and evaluate care given to patients.  Essential Duties:Observe collect and record data related to a patient's biophysical psychosocial environmental and self care ability as well as educational and discharge planning needs. Analyzes assessment data to formulate a nursing diagnosis. Measures progress toward attainment of patient outcomes and goals.Implements an age appropriate plan of care in conjunction with the physician patient patient's family and other members of the interdisciplinary health care team.Administers medication to ensure patient safety.Shift: 6:45am - 7:15pmCore Schedule: Week 1 Thu, Fri, Sat; Week 2 Tue, Wed, ThuThis position requires on call with a 45 minute response time.
    Qualifications
    License/Certification:Current RN license issued by the State of Oregon required. Must have current American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers at hire. ACLS required within six (6) months of hire, TNCC, PALS and/or CCRN certification preferred. Experience:A minimum of 2400 hours within the last 24 months as a Registered Nurse in critical care (ICU,PCU) required.Education:Associates Degree in Nursing required. Analyzes assessment data to formulate a nursing diagnosis. Measures progress toward attainment of patient outcomes and goals.Implements an age appropriate plan of care in conjunction with the physician patient patient's family and other members of the interdisciplinary health care team.Administers medication to ensure patient safety.Effectively cares for psychiatric patients.Shift: 1:45pm - 2:15amCore Schedule: Week 1 Tue, Fri, Sat; Week 2 Sun, Mon, ThuThis position requires on call with a 45 minute response time.
    Qualifications
    License/Certification:Current RN license issued by the State of Oregon required. Must have current BLS upon hire, ACLS within three (3) months of hire, PALS within six (6) months of hire and TNCC within one (1) year of hire. Experience:1 year RN ExperienceA minimum of 2400 hours of experience within the last two (2) years in acute care nursing required.
