About This Role Every position at Common Citizen from seed to sale, is contributing to our mission to serve our fellow citizens of Michigan with the highest quality, safest cannabis product through our highly individualized and education-oriented provisioning centers. The Guest Receptionist will be the face of Common Citizen. They will check patients and customers in and provide a high level of customer service. Responsibilities Outlined below is what we see you doing at this point in time. We are a fast-growing company looking for people that are excited to grow along with us. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Ensure store is properly organized and stocked during all hours of business Strong communication for in-person or phone conversations Schedule/confirm appointments Promote a positive work environment, customer service oriented and follow policies and procedures Maintain product knowledge of the industry Greet customers when entering shop Entering and updating patient and customer information accurately with point of sales system Verify proper paperwork, documentation and identification The Experience You Bring and the Skills we Need: Problem solving skills Experience in cash handling Must have flexibility for shift times (weekends, days, night shifts) This is a dynamic team, and as such daily tasks may vary, resulting in a fast paced and lively work environment. Physical Requirements Regularly required to stand/walk for entire shift. Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. About this Role The Driver Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team of drivers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. Verify orders for accuracy, product count, and METRC manifest compliance beforedepartingfor each route. Collect customer signatures and document all transactions in the delivery logperMichigan CRA regulation (R 420.207). Handle cash and digital payment transactions accurately; reconcile at end of shift without exception. Dispatch Support Cover open dispatch shifts orassistdispatch remotely when volume, staffing, or unforeseen issues require it. Monitor active delivery tasks inOnfleetduring your shift and proactively communicate delays to dispatch. Help triage driver issues in the field (route problems, vehicle concerns, customer escalations) and escalate appropriately. Michigan residency (all deliveries are within state boundaries). 21 years of age or older. At least 1 year of delivery driver experience, ideally in cannabis, pharmacy, or a regulated-product environment. Comfortable withOnfleetor similar delivery dispatch software; willing to learn fast if not already familiar. Strong communicationskills: you will be communicating with customers, dispatch, site staff, and management across multiple channels. Reliable, punctual, and accountable. This role has a small margin for inconsistency. Able to pass a background check per Michigan CRA requirements. Preferred Prior experience in cannabis delivery or retail cannabis operations.
