Journeyman / Apprentice Painter – Commercial & Residential
We are hiring a Painter to join our growing commercial painting team. Pay ranges from $18–$28/hr depending on experience, with benefits package and paid training available. This is a year-round position with a stable, established company serving Idaho and Oregon since 1999.
We are seeking a motivated Painter to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for both experienced painters and individuals who are eager to learn the commercial painting trade. Experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to grow.

What You’ll Do
Prepare surfaces by scraping sanding, patching, caulking, and primingApply paints, stains, sealers, and specialty coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipmentRead and interpret plans, specifications, and project requirementsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized job siteProtect surrounding surfaces and work areas from paint and oversprayOperate and maintain painting tools and equipmentWork from ladders, scaffolding, scissor lifts, and boom lifts as neededCommunicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, contractors, and customersFollow all safety policies and OSHA regulationsWhat We’re Looking For
Painting experience preferred but not required (training available)Ability to read blueprints, plans, and project specifications preferredExperience with airless spray equipment and coatings preferredExperience operating scissor lifts and/or boom lifts preferredOSHA 10 certification preferred or willingness to obtainComfortable working at heights and on active construction sitesReliable, dependable, and able to work as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workMust be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work dailyValid driver’s license and reliable transportation requiredMust have a cell phoneWhat We Offer
