    As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first impression our guests have of our hotel. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

    Responsibilities include:
    ✔ Greeting guests with a friendly and professional attitude
    ✔ Checking guests in and out efficiently using hotel management systems
    ✔ Verifying guest identification and methods of payment
    ✔ Answering phones and assisting guests with questions and requests
    ✔ Posting payments and maintaining accurate guest records
    ✔ Communicating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
    ✔ Handling guest concerns and resolving issues professionally
    ✔ Completing shift paperwork and documenting important information appropriately
    ✔ Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area

    Qualifications:
    • Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel systems
    • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
    • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed

    Responsibilities:


    Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.Check guests in and out using the Choice Advantage property management system.Verify guest identification and method of payment before check-in.Process payments, post charges, and maintain accurate guest folios.Complete the nightly audit and balance all daily transactions.Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with reservations and questions.Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.Communicate with housekeeping and management regarding room status and guest requests.Complete all required reports and overnight paperwork accurately.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area.Monitor hotel security and ensure a safe environment for guests throughout the overnight shift.Qualifications:

    Job Summary


    This is a dual-role position that supports both the Housekeeping and Breakfast departments. The ideal candidate enjoys staying busy, works well independently and as part of a team, and is committed to providing an exceptional experience for every guest.

    Housewoman Responsibilities


     Maintain the cleanliness of all public areas, including the lobby, hallways, elevators, stairwells, public restrooms, and employee areas.  Deliver clean linens, towels, and guest supplies to housekeepers throughout the day.  Collect dirty linens and assist with laundry operations as needed.  Remove trash from housekeeping closets and public areas.  Vacuum hallways and keep floors clean and presentable.  Assist housekeeping with special projects and deep cleaning.  Respond promptly to requests from housekeeping and the front desk.  Report maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately.  Help ensure the hotel meets Comfort Suites and Choice Hotels brand standards. Part-Time Breakfast Attendant Responsibilities


     Prepare and set up the complimentary breakfast before service begins.  Keep the breakfast area clean, stocked, and organized throughout breakfast hours.  Refill food, beverages, and supplies as needed.  Maintain cleanliness of serving stations, tables, counters, and equipment.  Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.  Clean and break down the breakfast area after service.  Provide friendly, professional customer service to guests. Qualifications

    Hotel maintenance experience is mandatory. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience.
