    Job Summary

    Are you a morning person who loves making people smile? Comfort Inn is looking for a friendly, dependable Breakfast Attendee to spearhead our complimentary morning breakfast service. As the face of our morning hospitality, you will ensure our guests start their day right with a warm welcome, a clean environment, and a fresh, fully-stocked breakfast buffet.

    Key Responsibilities

    Guest Service & Hospitality

    Welcome guests with a warm, professional smile and a helpful attitude.Answer guest questions about breakfast offerings, hotel amenities, and local attractions.Anticipate guest needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

    Food Preparation & Presentation

    Prepare hot and cold breakfast items (e.g., making coffee, baking pastries, preparing waffle batter, cooking eggs/meat) according to Choice Hotels brand standards.Ensure the buffet remains beautifully presented, organized, and continuously replenished throughout service hours.

    Cleanliness & Food Safety

    Maintain pristine cleanliness in the breakfast dining area, kitchen, and food prep stations.Clear and wipe down tables, chairs, and counters promptly as guests leave.Wash, sanitize, and store all dishes, utensils, and equipment used during breakfast.Adhere strictly to local health department codes, food handling guidelines, and safety regulations.

    Inventory & Stocking

    Receive, rotate (FIFO method), and properly store breakfast food and supply deliveries.Assist management in tracking inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure adequate supply for upcoming days.

    Qualifications & Skills

    Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service is preferred, but we are happy to train the right personality!Schedule: Must be available for early morning shifts (typically starting between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM), including weekends and holidays.Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for the duration of the shift. Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 30 lbs.Certifications: A valid Food Handler’s Permit (or willingness to obtain one upon hire) is highly preferred.Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking abilities, and a strong eye for cleanliness and detail.

    Qualifications & Experience

    Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working at a hotel front desk (Experience with Choice Hotels or ChoiceAdvantage PMS is a major plus).Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Strong computer literacy.Problem-Solving: Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic under pressure or during high-volume periods.Flexibility: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional evening shifts.Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

    At Comfort Inn, we are dedicated to providing our guests with a warm, welcoming, and spotlessly clean "home away from home." We are seeking a detail-oriented, energetic, and dependable Housekeeper to join our hospitality team.

    In this role, you will be the backbone of our guest experience. Your primary focus will be ensuring that guest rooms and public areas meet Choice Hotels’ high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hygiene.     Key Responsibilities

    Room Cleaning: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including stripping and making beds with fresh linens, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning mirrors/windows.Bathroom Sanitation: Thoroughly scrub and disinfect toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and tile floors. Replenish towels and amenities (soap, shampoo, lotion).Deep Cleaning: Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks as assigned (e.g., turning mattresses, carpet cleaning, washing draperies).Supply Management: Restock and organize housekeeping carts at the start and end of every shift. Report any supply shortages to the supervisor.Maintenance Reporting: Inspect rooms for any damage, burnt-out lightbulbs, or plumbing issues and immediately report them to the maintenance team.Guest Service: Greet guests warmly in the hallways, answer basic questions, and fulfill reasonable guest requests (e.g., extra pillows or blankets) with a friendly attitude.Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Experience: Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or professional cleaning is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate!Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks that require constant moving, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 25–30 lbs, and pushing/pulling heavy housekeeping carts.Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for cleanliness and a commitment to maintaining high standards.Reliability: Strong time-management skills with a history of punctuality and dependability, especially on weekends and holidays.Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
