Production Technician Summary
The General Production Associate plays a key role in supporting CSI’s manufacturing operations. This position involves handson assembly, inspection, and handling of components used in our highquality product lines. Ideal candidates are detailoriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fastpaced, teamdriven environment.

No experience required! We provide full hands-on training. This is perfect for detail-oriented individuals or anyone with a background/hobby in crafting, sewing, electronics, or fine-detail tasks.
Perform seated assembly of small components using small tools or equipment. Conduct basic visual inspections to ensure accuracy and high quality. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation to meet daily production goals. Must have strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and a reliable work ethic. Must be comfortable sitting or remaining stationary for extended periods.Strict Employment Requirements
