JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for an experienced TIG Welder who can weld a variety of materials, thicknesses and configurations, who will be capable of producing high-quality, precision welds and help enhance the productivity of our organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
Perform TIG welding on a variety of materials to precise specifications, in compliance with written procedures to aerospace standards.Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and welding symbols.Follow detailed work instructions and job travelers to ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements.Conduct in-process inspections and ensure quality standards are met.Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, fitting, and tracking components, and perform proper job set ups.Maintain welding equipment, tooling and workstation in clean, safe and good working order.Collaborate with Quality Control, Engineering and Production teams to resolve technical issues.Adhere to all company safety and quality procedures.QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent, technical training and TIG welding certification required.4+ years of experience in TIG Welding, in an aerospace manufacturing or precision machining environment.Experience working with aerospace alloys including Inconel, aluminum, stainless steel and titanium.Proficiency in shop math, be able to accurately read operation sheets, blueprints and technical drawings.Ability to pass welding certification to aerospace standards.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.Effective customer focused communication skills and teamwork mentality.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Primary duties will be on the shop floor, working in a manufacturing environment.Must be able to stand/sit for extended periods of time while performing fine manual work.Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity in both hands.Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted, stand, squat, bend, twist, and reach often.Exposure to various temperatures, noise and vibration from power equipment, dust, and fumes.Demonstrated visual acuity and ability to satisfactorily pass annual eye exam.Note: Candidates who are being considered for the position will be required to perform weld samples at interview.

This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to measure and verify tight tolerances using precision instruments. This role is essential for supporting our commitment to high-quality production and on-time delivery to our customers. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, and experienced in machine set up on vertical lathes, with vast technical and mechanical knowledge, takes extreme pride in their work and is customer focused.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
Set up and operate CNC Mill machines, including tooling, work holding, offsets and program validation, to perform operations on aerospace parts and components.Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, process sheets, and work instructions.Adjust feeds, speeds, tool paths and offsets to achieve optimal machining performance and surface finish.Calculate dimensions, tolerances, and machine parameters to achieve required part specifications.Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specifications.Maintain accurate production and inspection records in accordance with company and aerospace quality system requirements (AS9100).Monitor machine operation and adjust as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean, organized, and safe.Report nonconformances, tool wear conditions and process variations according to quality standards.Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve machining issues and improve processes.Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

JOB SUMMARY: The Burr Bench Operator is responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, foreign material, and other surface imperfections from aerospace components using hand tools and bench equipment. This role is essential to ensuring dimensional accuracy, part cleanliness, and high-quality finishes that meet strict aerospace standards. A successful Burr Bench Operator takes extreme pride in their work, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a commitment to producing defect-free work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
Perform deburring, polishing, chamfering, and surface finishing operations on machined aerospace components using hand tools, abrasive pads, rotary tools, and bench equipment.Visually inspect parts under magnification to identify burrs, scratches, and other nonconformities.Maintain strict adherence to part specifications, engineering drawings, routers, and work instructions.Use precision measurement equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, optical comparators, profilometers, and bore gauges.Confirm part conformity to dimensional, surface finish, and cosmetic standards, documenting results when required.Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming product and participate in root cause discussions when needed.Maintain clean workstations, manage tool care, and follow 5S practices. Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean processes.Follow all company and regulatory safety requirements, including PPE usage and ergonomic practices.REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
One – three years of experience in deburring, finishing, or similar manual precision work (manufacturing environment preferred).HS Diploma or equivalent and demonstrated math skills for shop calculations.Familiarity with aerospace components or other high-precision metal parts.Strong visual acuity and exceptional attention to detail.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.Demonstrated proficiency using hand finishing tools.Basic computer skills for work order tracking and quality records.Commitment to safety, communication, and team.Preferred:
