Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDo you crave the responsibility of owning a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing program, rather than just managing an Instagram profile and chasing vanity metrics?Do you enjoy diving into the backend of a CRM to build flawless tracking architecture so you can prove the exact ROI of every dollar spent?Do you thrive on understanding the psychology of a homeowner making a major investment, and translating that empathy into methodical, trust-building campaigns across digital, print, and community events?

If you answered yes, Colorado Home Services is looking for you.

    Who We Are

Colorado Home Services is a locally and veteran-owned leader in home performance, electrical, and plumbing based in Lakewood. We don't just fix things; we treat the home as an entire integrated system. We are a highly stable, rapidly growing company generating $3.5 million annually (with a 30% year-over-year growth rate) and serving a loyal base of 14,000 existing customers across the Front Range.

We are currently transitioning our marketing entirely in-house. We have a dedicated, omnichannel marketing budget of $200,000 annually, a newly implemented ServiceTitan Marketing Pro CRM, and a massive database of warm leads. Now, we need the right manager in the seat.

    The Role

We are looking for a tech-fluid, highly methodical Growth Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of real-world experience in a robust, multi-channel environment.

Let's be clear upfront: We aren't looking for a social media manager. (If you are strictly a social media marketer, please do not apply). We are marketing to homeowners who are making significant, sometimes stressful investments in their comfort, safety, and largest financial asset. We need an operator who understands the homeowner mindset and knows how to build trust, not just engagement.

You will be the central nervous system of our marketing efforts. You will serve as the end-to-end owner of a highly diverse portfolio that includes Google/FB/IG ads, digital billboards, radio buys, community events, reactive print mailers, printed field brochures, and baseline SEO.

While you won't have direct internal reports right out of the gate, you are the manager of our ecosystem. We expect you to own the overarching strategy, track the data meticulously, and have the self-awareness to flag when a gap requires pulling in a specialized third-party freelancer—and the project management skills to lead them effectively.

    What You'll Be Doing

The Analytics & ROI Watchdog: You aren't doing manual data entry, but you are the guardian of our attribution. You will oversee our dynamic phone number insertion (DNI) and automated tracking systems within ServiceTitan, ensuring every inbound lead is mapped accurately. You are the first to flag when the numbers don't look right.Value-Driven Campaign Management: Leverage ServiceTitan Marketing Pro to build, monitor, and optimize long-term, sustaining email and SMS rehash campaigns that speak to homeowner needs (e.g., educating them on Xcel rebates or re-engaging old quotes before manufacturer price hikes).Tactical "Gap" Marketing & Collateral: When our multiple business units see a gap in the schedule, you react quickly to deploy targeted digital blasts, flyers, or mailers. You will also design and provide our field technicians with the printed brochures and one-pagers they need to clearly explain the value of our memberships. The Long-Term SEO Handoff: We currently utilize a highly skilled external SEO consultant. Your first major objective will be acting as a sponge—managing a structured, long-term handoff to absorb their keyword strategy and backend knowledge so you can effectively manage our Wix website and localized SEO moving forward.Community & Brand Presence: Plan, coordinate, and execute local community events to elevate our brand presence and build genuine relationships outside of the digital space.

    Who You Are

Experienced: You have 3-5 years of real-world marketing experience managing complex, multi-channel campaigns. You are past the "entry-level" phase and are ready to own a system.Blue-Collar Respect & Homeowner Empathy: We are a home services company. You aren't marketing software in a quiet cubicle; you are marketing essential trades to real people. You need to be comfortable talking to electricians and plumbers to extract the real-world value of what we do, and you shouldn't be afraid to get your boots a little dusty to understand what our customers truly care about.A Systems Thinker & Quick Learner: You understand that marketing is about architecture. You dive deep into new software and aren't afraid to figure out the backend of a system to make sure it's running perfectly. (ServiceTitan and Wix experience is a massive bonus).

    Compensation & Benefits

Because we are highly focused on actual revenue generation, compensation for this role features a strong base salary paired with a "Build-to-Bonus" performance structure.

Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually (based on experience).Performance Bonus: Up to $10,000 annually.Note on Bonus: Because we are newly bringing this in-house, your initial bonus metrics will be focused entirely on establishing flawless tracking and CRM architecture. Once our baseline data is clean, your bonus will transition to being directly tied to the ROI of the campaigns you run.Benefits Package: We offer comprehensive Healthcare, Vision, and Dental insurance, Supplemental insurance options, plus paid PTO and Sick Time.Work Environment: Hybrid schedule (3 days collaborating in our Lakewood office, 2 days remote for heads-down execution).
