    About Our Agency:

    I opened my agency in 2015 and lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked in the hospitality industry, which is where I learned the value of building relationships, showing up for people, and creating a great experience every day. That same mindset is at the heart of how we serve our customers and support our team. I'm a graduate of Miami University and have been married for 14+ years with two daughters (11 and 9) and a King Charles Cavalier who keeps things entertaining. Outside of work, I enjoy coaching kids, spending time with friends, and catching sporting events whenever I can. We enjoy being involved in the community through local events and outreach, and we're always looking for more ways to show up and stay connected to the people we serve. For our team, we offer health benefits, a Simple IRA, and paid licensing, along with a flexible, laid-back work environment where time off and balance are genuinely respected. Our office culture is servant-minded, personable, and low-stress, but we still take our work seriously.     Role Description:

    As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Collin Doyle - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

    Qualifications:

    Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.Leadership and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of meeting sales targets.Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

    Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:


    Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
    Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
    Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
    Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
