Accountabilities:The pom coach will be responsible for the planning, training and development of the Colgate pom program. The pom coach will work in conjunction with the Athletics Marketing & Fan Engagement department and report directly to the Assistant Athletics Director for Marketing & Fan Engagement.
This position will supervise, train and instruct the pom program to include proper training and performances of the team at all practices and required athletic events. Responsible development and utilization of the pom budget; recruiting talented pom program members, managing team appearance requests both on-campus and within the community.

Professional Experience/ Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must be able to meet all requirements of the New York State Security Guard Act of 1992 in order to be registered and maintain registration as a Security Guard. Must be able to attain CPR, AED, and First Aid certification.
A current valid driver's license, in accordance with the University's Driver Safety and Motor Vehicle Use Policy is required.
