    Job Description

     

    Coleto Brands, parent Company of Progress Lighting and Kichler, is seeking to fill a General Warehouse Associate position at our Progress Lighting – Jefferson, GA location for 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30PM), Monday through Friday, overtime as needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and experienced in operating powered industrial trucks (PIT), including order pickers, reach trucks and pacers.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Safely operate PIT equipment to move materials and productsAccurately and efficiently perform picking, packing, and receiving tasksMaintain a clean and organized work area through the 5s methodologyCollaborate with team members and communicate effectivelyComply with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelinesParticipate in team/safety meetingsAdditional duties as assigned

     

    Skills and Experience:

    Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamCertification in Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) operation preferredWorking knowledge of SAP1-2  years’ experience in distribution or warehouse settingAbility to shift operational priorities and business needsAbility to follow verbal and written instructions effectively

     

    Qualifications

     

    Requirements:

    Must be able and willing to operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment at elevated heights of up to 35 feetMust be able and willing to work overtime as required, including extended shifts and/or weekendsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periodsAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

    Individuals in this role are expected to perform all job duties safely and free from impairment. Employees must not report to work, perform work, or remain on duty while impaired by alcohol, marijuana, controlled substances, prescription medications, or any other substance that could affect their ability to safely and effectively perform the essential functions of the position.     Job Description

     

    Coleto Brands, parent company of Progress Lighting and Kichler, is seeking a Senior Director of Brand Marketing to join our team. This role is responsible for defining, elevating and protecting the brand strategy across Coleto Brands. You will lead a high-functioning brand marketing team to drive a cohesive brand architecture, translate brand strategy into impactful integrated marketing programs, and ensure alignment with business objectives to fuel growth, differentiation and brand advocacy.  As a senior leader within the organization, you will also closely collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure corporate and go-to-market brand consistency across all touchpoints, delivering best-in-class brand experiences for customers and consumers. This role is both strategic and hands-on, flexing as needed to build strong, enduring brands that resonate with target audiences across all channels.  

    The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for brand building across all touchpoints. You will work closely with internal colleagues and external agency partners to develop and implement brand marketing initiatives that elevate the Kichler and Progress Lighting brands among their target audiences while also supporting business needs.     Qualifications

    Skills and Experience:
