We're located in North Lakeway and we want to meet YOU! We are looking for skilled and experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will install, service, or repair heating and air conditioning systems in residences or commercial establishments.

Compensation will depend on experience. Ideal candidates will have full-time HVAC service, repair, and maintenance experience with a minimum of 3 years and are EPA certified. Must have reliable transportation, and a great attitude! Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
Responsibilities: Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, such as changing filters, replacing parts, and refilling non-toxic refrigerantsEstablish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfactionTest pipe or tubing joints or connections for leaks, using leak detection equipmentTest electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical testing equipmentRepair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiringQualifications: Past experience as an HVAC service technicianValid Driver's License and clean driving recordEPA CertificationExperience with operation and maintenance of condensers, heat pumps, air handlers, and mini-splitsAbility to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds
