Project Manager, Landscape Projects

Cold Creek Nurseries is one of the CSRA’s leading landscape companies, and we’re growing our Landscape Projects division. We’re looking for a Project Manager who can execute projects at a high level—lead crews in the field, keep work moving, protect the customer experience, and own projects from kickoff through closeout.
This role reports to the Landscape Services Director and is responsible for managing landscape projects across the CSRA, including hardscape, planting, horticulture, drainage, lighting, aquascape, renovations, and full landscape installation. The Project Manager will lead a small group of crews and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and at a high standard of quality.
What You’ll Own
· Manage landscape projects from kickoff through closeout
· Lead a small group of field crews across active projects
· Keep jobs moving on schedule, on budget, and at a high standard of quality
· Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and field execution
· Work closely with designers and internal teams to turn plans into well-executed projects
· Communicate with customers throughout the project and handle issues professionally
· Solve field problems quickly and keep projects moving
· Help develop crew leaders and raise the standard of execution in the field
What We’re Looking For
· Experience managing landscape installation, construction, or outdoor living projects
· Experience leading field crews and running multiple active jobs at once
· Strong knowledge of hardscape, drainage, planting, lighting, and landscape installation work
· Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
· Someone who can lead in the field, hold a high standard, and keep people moving
· A builder’s mindset and pride in delivering quality work

Lead the customer, account, and growth side of a major landscape
maintenance business.

connection. We serve high-end residential estates, commercial properties, and HOA
communities across the CSRA, and we’re looking for a Routine Maintenance General
Manager to lead a major part of our Landscape Services business.
This role reports to our Landscape Services Director and is responsible for the leadership
and performance of our routine maintenance account management and business
development functions. The role leads four Account Managers who oversee customer
relationships, account performance, and multiple maintenance crews, as well as a full-time
Business Development representative focused on new maintenance business.
The right person will bring a strong mix of customer service, landscape maintenance
operations, leadership, and business development. They will help strengthen customer
retention, support account growth, drive new maintenance sales, and build a strong team
around one of the most important parts of our company.
Responsibilities
Lead and support 4 Account Managers responsible for customer relationships, account performance, and multiple maintenance crewsManage and support a full-time Business Development representative focused on winning new maintenance accountsOversee the account management function for routine maintenance, including customer communication, account health, issue resolution, and retentionHelp deliver a high standard of service across high-end residential, commercial, and HOA propertiesWork with Account Managers to identify and grow enhancement and project opportunities within their installed baseSupport new maintenance account growth by creating focus, accountability, and momentum around business development effortsPartner with Account Managers and field leaders to improve property quality, crew support, labor effectiveness, and follow-throughHelp recruit, develop, and strengthen leadership within the routine maintenance teamQualifications
Leadership experience in landscape maintenance or a similar service businessStrong customer service and relationship management skillsExperience working with high-end residential, commercial, and/or HOA accountsExperience leading customer-facing managers, account managers, salespeople, or field teamsUnderstanding of both account management and maintenance operationsExperience with business development, account growth, or sales leadership is strongly preferredStrong communication, organization, and follow-throughExperience developing people and improving team performanceBilingual English/Spanish is a plusExperience with Aspire or similar landscape business software is a plusAbout Cold Creek Nurseries
