Job Type: Full-TimeSalary: $92k-122k + 8-16% bonusAbout the RoleAs a Project Manager II, you will be responsible for leading and managing small to medium-scale regional product development projects within the NA Division. Your role will be critical in ensuring that projects meet key deliverables related to timelines, budget, quality, and strategic alignment. You will play a pivotal role from project initiation through completion, driving cross-functional collaboration and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage regional product development projects, ensuring alignment with the company's Product Development Process (PDP) and milestone framework (M0–M8).Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Drive risk assessment and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate and facilitate regular project status updates, including Project Review Meetings (PRMs), Project Jour Fixes, and Supply/Demand Meetings (SDMs).Prepare and manage Project Application Requests (PARs) through the approval process.Select, organize, and lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Serve as the central point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Management, Industrial Design, and Supply Chain.Ensure thorough project documentation and reporting to support project transparency and traceability.Support the implementation of the broader product strategy through effective project execution.Perform additional duties as required in support of project goals and departmental objectives.QualificationsEducation & CertificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field – RequiredPMP Certification – PreferredExperience5–7 years of project management experience – Required3–7 years of experience in product management, product development, or related roles in a manufacturing environment – RequiredPrior experience leading product development projects – PreferredSkills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and organizational abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEffective negotiation and stakeholder management skillsAbility to perform under pressure and navigate complex situationsDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesProficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPointFamiliarity with tools such as SAP, CMD, PM4U – PreferredUnderstanding of product development and specification processesStrategic evaluation skills involving multiple disciplines (Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, etc.)
