    About the role

    As an Oracle Fusion ERP Program Manager, you will make an impact by leading large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery through strong governance, stakeholder collaboration, and change management. You will be a valued member of the Enterprise Applications team and work collaboratively with PMO leadership, global delivery teams, business stakeholders, and client executives across the US, Europe, and India.

    In this role, you will:

    Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP and Financials transformation programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.

    Drive project planning, execution, and governance in partnership with the PMO, including integrated project plans, risk management, and leadership-level status reporting.

    Manage global, cross-functional teams and stakeholders, aligning IT and business priorities across regions and time zones.

    Lead change management initiatives, including process redesign, SOP development, training strategy, and communications.

    Oversee testing execution, training readiness, and post-go-live stabilization to ensure business adoption and value realization.

    What you need to have to be considered

    15+ years of experience managing Oracle platforms, including a minimum of 4 years delivering Oracle ERP and Fusion Financials implementations.

    Proven track record of delivering multiple successful Oracle Cloud transformation programs.

    Strong program and project management expertise, including planning, execution, risk management, and executive reporting.

    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

    Strong people management and mentorship skills, with experience leading global teams.

    These will help you stand out

    PMP or equivalent project/program management certification.

    Certifications or applied experience in Artificial Intelligence or advanced analytics.

    Experience leading enterprise-wide change management initiatives for ERP programs.

    Required Qualifications

    15+ years in IT and enterprise architecture, with hands-on engineering background (Java/.NET preferred).

    5+ years in AI/ML, including 1+ year in Generative & Agentic AI.

    Expertise in model training techniques (SFT, RLHF, LoRA/QLoRA), RAG, and evaluation pipelines.

    Architect-level certifications in at least two hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP).

    Deep experience in MLOps/LLMOps, including CI/CD, monitoring, and compliance.

    Proven track record in CxO-level advisory and strategic AI engagements.

    Familiarity with AI governance frameworks (NIST RMF, EU AI Act, Responsible AI).

    Strong leadership experience in mentoring and building cross-functional AI teams.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Publications, patents, or open-source contributions in Agentic AI or LLMOps.
