We are seeking a Senior Clinical Data Management Analyst who will be responsible for managing clinical trial data. This person should be a clinical data management professional with a thorough understanding of the end-to-end clinical trial study lifecycle. They should be well versed with study setup, conduct, closeout and archival activities. They should also be able to manage clinical study teams and vendors and have their say from a data management perspective.     Salary and Other Compensation:

    Define and grow topline growth and improve the go-to-market plans, offerings, and value propositions in MedTech and Health Sciences

    Key Accountabilities

    Closing Sales - The main responsibility and focus of the role will be the growth of our IOA business within NA, Specifically, win new deals in customer account per pre agreed targets.

    Sales Plan Creation - A critical early task will be developing and executing a quota growth plan for selected lines of business.

    Pipeline Management - Among the critical tasks likely to be featured in the sales plans, are developing the opportunity pipeline, qualifying high priority deals and winning new business in line with agreed targets.

    Demand Generation - To work with IOA and Life Sciences Commercial team to identify prospects, create marketing plans and take responsibility to engage new clients in conversation

    Proposal Development - Understand customer needs and translate them into winning proposals for Cognizant and its customer in partnership with the presales and solution teams

    Deal Shaping / Pricing Development - Develop creative deal shapes, commercial structures, and pricing proposals as part of a winning sales pursuit. Work closely with the business unit, Commercial Director, Bid Directors, and regional FP&A teams

    Market Intelligence - Provide competitive intelligence associated with market pricing and specific competitor strengths, weaknesses, tactics, etc.

    C-Level Client Relationship Building - Build relationships across CXO levels in client organizations and developing executive level relationships.

    Regular Third-Party Intermediary Interaction - Participate in industry 3rd party seminars, meetings, analyst forums, Cognizant capability presentations, etc. to develop deeper industry connects in relation to our clients and key local IOA intermediaries.

    Job Requirements:

    Key Competencies

    Life Sciences, MedTech, Health Science, or consulting experience is required.

    Consistent record of growing business successfully over the years through strong client relationships and a deep understanding of the LS/MedTech industry specifically Medical Device

    Demonstrated ability of building sales and account management teams.

    Deep understanding of IOA/BPO/LS and able to engage C-level executives in detailed LS deals, solution, transition, and transformation shaping discussions.

    Significant international experience required including being conversant in global service delivery models - both shared services and BPS.

    Well- developed "rolodex" as well as the demonstrated ability to create strategic partnerships with large and complex organizations.

    Qualifications

The CTS Technical Field Specialist will serve as the in-field coordinator of such programs, bo collecting data hands-on and guiding the work of less technical CTS field operators to ensure the operation is running efficiently and according to requirements communicated by the CTS Field Operations Manager and Operations Lead and by the Client Program Managers and Engineers.     Working under the direction of the CTS Project Manager/Workflow Lead while collaborating close with Operations Lead, the Technical Field Specialist will provide direct technical support in t development, preparation, operation, and post-processing of in-field data collection experiment and pilots. The CTS Technical Field Specialist will serve as the in-field coordinator of such programs, bo collecting data hands-on and guiding the work of less technical CTS field operators to ensure the operation is running efficiently and according to requirements communicated by the CTS Field Operations Manager and Operations Lead and by the Client Program Managers and Engineers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support pioneering work being done at a to technology company.

    Preparation work will include: Working with the CTS Project Manager/Workflow Lead and Operations Lead on the intake, documentation, staffing, and scheduling of new Client pilot requestsWriting up pilot project chartersDocumenting and validating operational workflowsConducting in-field operator trainingReviewing device configuration requirements (e.g., OS versions, user accounts, settings, installed apps, connectivity, etc.), engaging with and asking clarifying questions of the CTS staffEnsuring that devices are configured to run properly based on the requirements and that data can be collected and successfully passed to backend systems.Working with the CTS staff (Operations Lead, Tools POC, QC, and MIS) and Client Engineers to test, troubleshoot, and resolve device and backend data/technical setup issues before pilots beginTriaging and performing initial debugging, as well as resolving issues directly whenever possibleDriving resolution of issues by opening and tracking bugs assigned to other CTS or client staffObtaining required devices from inventory and configuring those devices for CTS field operators. In-Field work will include: Conducting trial runs to assure that devices and connections to backend systems are working properly, partnering with CTS staff (Operations Lead, Tools POC, QC, and MIS) to debug and resolve any issues encountered, as well as engaging Client Program Managers and Engineers when necessaryConducting and leading in-field data collection.Providing frequent status updates.Addressing any technical issues that occur in the field, including extracting device diagnostic logs, opening bugs and escalating to other CTS and Client Staff as required.Triaging and performing initial debugging, as well as resolving issues directly whenever possible.Driving resolution of issues by opening and tracking bugs assigned to other CTS or client staff
