    Key Responsibilities

    Production Support: Assist in the manufacturing of residential and commercial roofing products (shingle and rolled goods).Packaging & Finishing: Place cores into finished product rolls, use handheld carton-closing devices, and secure materials on skids to ensure stability for transport.Quality Inspection: Inspect all packaging materials for damage or defects prior to bagging.Facility Maintenance: Maintain a neat and orderly work area (5S/Housekeeping) and assist with department clean-up during maintenance shutdowns.Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to a continuous improvement environment.
