Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of construction tasks, including grass cutting, site preparation, material handling, equipment operation, and general labor duties. The ideal candidate is physically fit, safety-conscious, and willing to learn and grow within the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
-Grass cutting, weedeating, hedge trimming
-Load and unload construction materials and move them to work areas.
-Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris, hazards, and materials.
-Assist with building and assembling structures and frameworks as directed
-Operate hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, jackhammers) safely and effectively
-Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
-Dig trenches, backfill holes, or compact earth to prepare for construction
-Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project completion and safety standards
-Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
-Perform other duties as assigned on the construction site
Requirements:
-Valid Driver's License
-Previous construction or manual labor experience preferred but not required
-Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
-Basic understanding of construction procedures and safety -protocols
-Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
-Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand, bend, and move for long periods
-Willingness to learn and take direction

Standard work week Monday - Friday 10 hour days. Some weekend work required.
