Duties/Responsibilities
Read and follow electronic work instructions and engineering drawings.
Mask and/or tape circuit boards in areas that are to be free of conformal coating or potting.
Remove any excess coating and perform manual touch-ups.
Inspect assemblies to ensure proper coating coverage.
Transport racks of circuit boards from one destination to another to continue the manufacturing process.
Perform general housekeeping duties to always provide a safe and clean working environment.
Skills/Experience/Education/Training Required
Ability to apply conformal coating manually with good hand dexterity.
Ability to see details at a close range.
Must have strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a controlled environment using solvents, acetone, and coatings.
Must be able to work Overtime when required.
Minimum 2 years experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
Familiar with IPC 610 standards - certification a plus
High School diploma or equivalent
US Citizenship is required.

What a Material Handler?
Material handlers put products in the places they need to be. This may sound vague, but
the role is essential. In warehouses and production facilities, material handlers find
products on shelves, wrap or package them appropriately, and place them on delivery
trucks; they may also take products off of trucks and put them on shelves. Thanks to
material handlers, customer orders can be fulfilled and moved quickly. In some cases,
these professionals may work with automated machines to make the handling process
even faster.
Job Purpose
Performs the Physical and Administrative task involved in a warehouse setting pulling
kits and distributing of materials, parts, and supplies. Prepares paperwork and be
must able to examine parts and packaging of parts and determine in acceptable
format. Must be able to prepare kitting packages for assembly. Must be able to use a
computer and scanner for moving material in and out stock for traceability. Must be
an organized person to keep up with paperwork and material for jobs. Person must be
able to stand for long periods of time and be flexible and be able to multitask.
