Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in coordinating group travel arrangements, demonstrating impeccable organizational skills, and delivering exceptional customer service. Reporting directly to the Director of Tour and Travel, this role presents an exciting opportunity to shape memorable experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:
Provide exemplary customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Conduct comprehensive research on destinations, activities, accommodations, and dining options for group travel. Manage all incoming communication channels promptly and professionally. Execute financial transactions with precision, including collecting, processing, and refunding funds from client/vendor accounts. Collaborate seamlessly and communicate effectively with colleagues as required.
Qualifications:
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
