    Job Purpose

    We are actively seeking a highly motivated Continuous Improvement Site Leader to join our team in Wichita, KS.

    Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation of manufacturing process improvements aligned to CNH Business System or closely related continuous improvement program such as the Toyoda Production System to identify opportunities for improving employee safety, cost reduction, lead-time reduction, inventory reduction and quality improvement. As the CBS site leader for a 600,000+ manufacturing off-road vehicle and component assembly and machining plant you will work closely with Operations leadership and teams to identify process bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis and drive the implementation of process improvements with a focus on improving safety, quality, delivery and/or cost efficiencies. Position requires a strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills to analyze/measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and develop sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements. Able to influence and coach both direct and indirect reports. Initiate and lead projects using these direct and indirect resources to show measurable improvements in end-to-end processes. Set-up robust validation and audit measurements systems to document hard/soft saving results and business impact.

    Experience Required Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or other technical fields of study 7+ years of Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement leadership experience.
    Preferred Qualifications Strong leadership ability, with the ability to influence both direct and indirect reports. Demonstrated ability to set up validation and audit measurement systems to document results. Demonstrated ability to lead projects with measurable results. Good written and verbal communication skills along with strong presentation skills.
    Pay Transparency

    The annual salary for this role is USD $133,875.00 - $160,650.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

    Job Purpose

    We are currently seeking an experienced Internal Auditor. In this role, you will perform audit testing with growing independence; lead walkthroughs; and contribute to planning and issue identification. Audit topics could include manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, compliance, financial services, sales, marketing, and more.

    Key Responsibilities Execute control and substantive testing (including operational, SOX, and journal entry testing), evaluate audit evidence, and assess the effectiveness of the control environment to form audit conclusions. Deliver value-added advisory and assurance insights by identifying practical recommendations that strengthen controls, improve operations, and support business objectives, beyond basic compliance. Prepare clear, complete, and well supported audit workpapers in accordance with professional standards, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness. Develop a deep understanding of business processes by planning and leading walkthroughs, preparing process documentation (flowcharts and narratives), and performing analysis. Perform and support risk assessments and assist in designing audit programs and testing strategies aligned with audit objectives. Summarize observations, escalate issues appropriately, and support audit conclusions, including identifying control deficiencies and root causes. Communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively, delivering clear, actionable written reports to management and stakeholders. Identify opportunities for risk mitigation, control improvements, and operational efficiencies through analysis of workflows and controls. Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to perform audits, discuss findings, and recommend practical solutions. Complete audit assignments independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong time management, problem-solving, and accountability.     Experience Required

    Job Purpose

    We are currently seeking a Production Planner which will support our 1st Shift Manufacturing operations in New Holland, Pennsylvania.

    Key Responsibilities Apply information system tools and shop floor status to schedule, communicate, and coordinate part requirements from internal work centers, sister plants, internal logistics, suppliers and subcontract suppliers. Develop and implement contingency plans when vital and keep management advised of actions being taken along with risks and constraints. Maintain and revise MRP planning based on changes coming from both dependent and independent demands, as well as from inventory adjustments and Bills of Material corrections. Ensure the right parts, are at the right place, at the right time, while minimizing total costs (for instance minimized transportation costs and optimized inventory levels).
