    Helpdesk Support Technician

    You will be the first line of defense for client technical issues, primarily on individual computers and devices. We will provide processes, tools and training to equip you to successfully resolve issues and meet our clients’ needs.

    We are looking for technically competent problem solvers who demand excellence of themselves and are great at following processes and procedures to drive efficiency. We expect most calls to result in a first-call resolution to our clients, as this drives customer satisfaction and profitability.

    Requirements:

    Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • Preparing for Business Reviews with Account Managers
    • Evaluating client technology and services
    • Creating reports
    • Cleaning up data
    • Quoting and Sourcing: Research products and pricing through our approved sites and create quotes for client review.
    • Assisting Account Managers with client projects
    • Ensuring excellent customer service and teamwork practices
    • Researching client satisfaction issues
    • Maintaining client monthly reporting
    • Assisting with client onboardings
    • Miscellaneous office administrative tasks
