    Schedule Repairs:

    • Requested via emails, phone calls, or text from builders or field supervisor hyphen


    Manage Bolt:

    • Create work orders for requested service (roof finals, builder service, flashing, etc.)

    • Assign work orders to flashing techs (U channel, Z flashing, Counter flashing)

    • Check Pending Reviews

    • Close out completed work orders

    • Send notifications to builders once a work order is assigned / completed


    Manage Hyphen or other Builder Portals:

    • Look up POs for requested service (roof finals, builder service, flashing, etc.) in Builders own portals

    • Upload Darling final punch report to Hyphen and pictures

    • Hyphen clear Unread notes

    • Investigate reschedules update Bolt and clear them from Hyphen

    • Print and accept newly received orders

    • Check for POs if Builder is paying, if not request missing POs


    Assist Repair Techs:

    • Provide pin drops of locations they can’t locate

    • Assist when Bolt crashes on their mobile (login issues, can’t upload photos, don’t see work orders, etc.)

    • Provide feedback on areas that need improvement on Bolt (crew notes, uploading photos, checking off boxes, etc.)


    Warranties:

    • Manage warranty calendar.

    • Set up appointments with homeowners (year inspections, leaks, repairs, etc.)

    • Send reminder of appointments to supervisors via email


    Make PO’s:

    • Create POs for material needed on repairs/warranty work orders

    • Create POs for shorts/thefts


    EPO’s:

    • Request EPOs for repairs to builders

    • Send EPO reminders to builders

    • Manage google spread sheet with all EPO missing information


    Back Charges:

    • Assist area leads investigate back charges

    • Assist in disputing back charges with builders


    Other:

    • Assist supervisor when agent is out of the office (make PO’s, add work

    orders on Bolt, etc.)

    • Work Hours – 7AM to 4PM Monday – Friday (please note that there may be days when you are required to stay later to assist with meeting email cutoff times. Additionally, there may be occasions where a mandatory 4-hour shift on the weekend is required if workload is high and we fall behind)

    Lead CNC Coil Processing Operator

    Position Summary

    CW Metal Products is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead CNC Coil Processing Operator to oversee the operation of our GEIT Group CNC Coil Slitting & Cut-to-Length Line. This position is responsible for producing high-quality slit coils and flat sheets from 48" master coils while ensuring safe operation, preventive maintenance, product quality, and continuous improvement.

    The Lead Operator will also be responsible for applying protective PVC film during production, maintaining machine performance, developing standard operating procedures, and training future operators to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    Machine Operation

    Safely operate the GEIT Group CNC Coil Slitting & Cut-to-Length line.Process 48" master coils weighing up to 10,000 lbs.Produce:4' × 10' flat sheets21" slit coils (up to 2,000 lbs.) in 24 ga Galvalume and pre-painted steelSlit coils ranging from 3" to 36" wide in lighter gauge materialsProgram machine settings for production runs, including slit widths, sheet lengths, quantities, and PVC film application.Verify work orders, material specifications, gauge, finish, color, and coil identification before production.Monitor production to ensure dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and proper coil winding.

    Quality Control

    Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections.Verify slit widths, sheet dimensions, squareness, and edge quality.Ensure PVC protective film is properly aligned, wrinkle-free, and securely applied to finished products.Inspect for scratches, dents, coating defects, burrs, camber, telescoping, and other quality issues.Maintain accurate production, quality, and inventory records.

    Equipment Maintenance

    Perform daily machine inspections before operation.Complete routine preventive maintenance, lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments.Inspect slitting knives, spacers, rollers, hydraulic systems, and other wear components.Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues to minimize downtime.Coordinate with maintenance personnel and equipment vendors for major repairs.Maintain spare parts inventory and recommend replacement components as needed.

    Leadership & Training

    Serve as the primary operator and subject matter expert for the GEIT Group processing line.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), setup guides, and maintenance schedules.Train and certify new operators on safe operation, machine setup, quality standards, and preventative maintenance.Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Assist management with improving productivity, reducing scrap, and optimizing machine performance.

    Safety

    Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely when handling coils up to 10,000 lbs.Follow OSHA regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and all company safety policies.Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S principles.Immediately report unsafe conditions or equipment concerns.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or GED preferred.3+ years of experience operating coil processing, slitting, cut-to-length, or similar CNC manufacturing equipment preferred.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Experience with overhead cranes and forklifts.Ability to read production drawings, work orders, and material specifications.Basic computer skills for machine controls, production reporting, and inventory transactions.Strong communication, leadership, and training skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and lead others.

    Physical Requirements

    Stand and walk for extended periods.Frequently bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.Lift up to 50 lbs.Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes.Wear required PPE, including steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and high-visibility apparel.

    Position Summary

    The Commercial Service Coordinator serves as the central point of communication for the Commercial Service Division and provides administrative and operational support to the General Manager, Superintendent, field technicians, customers, and vendors.     The Service Coordinator plays a critical role in managing daily service operations, maintaining accurate records, supporting field personnel, and ensuring customers receive timely communication throughout the service process.


    Essential Responsibilities

    Service Operations & Dispatch
