We are place that is unlike any other. If you are expecting a large clinic machine that cranks out people every 15 minutes and matches your RVU to your compensation, then this is not a place for you! But if you want to be in a place where we dream big fat hairy dreams where healthcare is not wealth care and poor care , but where both rich and poor bring out the best in each other through the saving work of Christ, then please consider us. This is a place where the beauty and diversity of our Northern California communities - Spanish speaking communities in San Jose / East Palo Alto, or Muslim-background communities in Sacramento - are loved and welcomed. And as a physician at our health center, you get to creatively think of outside-of-the-box ways to improve health in each culture, you get to partner with a community health team to address whole person care, and you get to share the love of Jesus through health care, soul care, and culture care.
