Job Title: Lead Psychiatrist / Partner
Reports To: Medical Director
Annual Compensation Potential (DOE): $250,000 to $600,000 plus benefits

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Outpatient General Psychiatrist / Partner for The Cassidy Mind and Body Institute Tampa Office. As part of our team, you’ll have immediate access to a network of therapists, psychologists and a team of collaborative Psychiatrists and Nurse Practitioners.
Requirements:
Applicants must have a Florida medical license as an M.D. or D.O. and be board certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology or be a recent board eligible graduate. Must have satisfactorily completed resident training of four (4) years in general psychiatry at a recognized graduate medical institution and have a valid and unencumbered DEA License.
Job Summary :
Responsibilities include diagnosing, treating, and helping prevent mental illnesses including working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care. This role involves conducting evaluations, prescribing medications, and providing therapeutic treatments directly and through oversight of team members. Flexible work hours are available.
Key Responsibilities and Attributes :
Develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Prescribe and manage medications as part of the treatment plan. Interest in interventional psychiatric care such as psychedelics and TMSMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatments and make necessary adjustments. Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in psychiatry. Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options. Supervising physician extenders (Physician Assistants and/or Nurse Practitioners)Preferred Qualifications :
