    What Youll Do:


    Assist customers with hardware and software troubleshooting to resolve their tech issues.Keep customers updated on their service requests and provide timely support.Work with supervisors and different departments to resolve technical issues quickly.Advocate for customers to ensure high satisfaction and a seamless experience.Recommend the best hardware solutions to fit customers gaming and performance needs.What Were Looking For:
