    Job Summary
    The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards. This role involves maintaining a clean and organized dishwashing area, supporting kitchen staff with their needs, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the kitchen operations.

    Reporting Structure
    • Reports to the Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef or Executive Chef

    Day to Day
    • Operate dishwashing machines and hand wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and glassware.
    • Ensure items are cleaned, sanitized, and dried before returning to their storage area.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including proper disposal of waste and recycling.
    • Assist kitchen staff by providing clean and sanitized equipment and utensils as needed.
    • Help with food preparation tasks and other kitchen duties as assigned by the Chef or kitchen supervisors.
    • Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions.
    • Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling and sanitation procedures for all kitchen equipment and dishwashing chemicals.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to food safety and cleanliness.
    • Participate in regular cleaning tasks, such as sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning kitchen appliances and surfaces.
    • Assist with organizing and storing kitchen supplies and equipment.
    • Support fellow employees and contribute to a positive team environment. Be proactive in assisting members and guests ensuring delivery of the 3-steps of service.
    • Address and resolve member and guest complaints professionally, notifying management of issues and practicing effective service recovery.
    • Complete additional duties as assigned by management.

    • Due to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management.

    About You
    Preferred
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Prior experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role.
    • Proficient communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

    • Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods.
    • Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases.
    • Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required.
    • Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally.

    Job Summary
    As a Cook 1, you are responsible for the set-up, preparation, and organization of your workstation, focusing on basic food preparation tasks under the guidance of more experienced team members. You will work closely with Cook 2 and Cook 3 team members to support kitchen operations and adhere to quality standards.     Job Summary
    The Facilities Maintenance Housekeeper is responsible for the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall maintenance of the club's facilities, both indoors and outdoors. This role performs routine cleaning tasks, addressing immediate cleanliness concerns, and assisting in the maintenance upkeep of various club areas, such as restrooms, locker rooms, dining areas, and common spaces.

    Reporting Structure

    • Reports to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
    Day to Day Maintain carpets clean by vacuuming and spot cleaning where necessary. Keep all floors swept, mopped, and polished, including courts, exercise rooms, stairwells, lobby and hallway areas, restrooms, and any other areas needed. Dust and wipe down furniture, shelves, chair arms, desks, credenzas, chandeliers, pictures, televisions, woodwork, and artwork, including all ceiling HVAC registers. Responsible for seeing that daily assignments are completed in their respective areas, to meet club standards and as communicated expectations (i.e. orderly/organized work areas, straighten/arrange entry area, picking up trash/debris, etc.). Perform or contract facility maintenance and housekeeping repairs and maintenance including, but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, building equipment, carpentry, flooring, walls, ceilings, special projects, and other related areas. Responsible for maintaining a maintenance and project checklist/schedule for preventive maintenance and ongoing improvements. Communicate effectively with supervisor to coordinate, prioritize, document, and complete work requests from Department Heads, members, and guests.Additional Duties Due to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management.     Job Summary
    The Outside Services Attendant is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to members and guests at the club. This position supports the golf operations team by assisting with essential outside services, such as bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintaining the cleanliness of work areas. The attendant is responsible for staging and storing golf carts, ensuring they are clean, functional, and ready for use. Additionally, the role involves providing various golf-related services, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all golfers.

    Reporting Structure
    • Reports to the Supervisor Outside Services

    Day to Day
    • Assist golfers by loading and unloading bags, preparing them for play, answering questions, offering golf course etiquette suggestions, and providing post-round support, including cleaning clubs and delivering them to cars as needed.
    • Promote club events, course conditions, and relevant information to enhance the member/guest experience and ensure they enjoy all the amenities.
    • Marshal carts in the staging area, assign them to players, track their usage, and ensure carts are cleaned, well-maintained, and inspected for damage. Report any issues to the Golf Shop.
    • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, storage areas, practice facilities, and external spaces such as the parking lot and pro shop entrance, ensuring they are neat, safe, and free of debris.
    • Set up and manage practice areas, ensuring they are stocked with equipment such as range balls and prepared for daily use.
    • Collaborate with other golf operations staff, including range attendants, marshals, and starters, to ensure seamless, efficient service throughout the day.
    • Complete daily assignments in designated areas, ensuring all tasks meet club standards, including maintaining work areas and keeping the Golf Shop organized and fully stocked.

    Job Summary:

    The Banquet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet operations, ensuring smooth execution of events and exceptional member and guest experience. This role involves managing the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet functions while maintaining Invited service standards. Oversee the timely service of food and beverages, ensuring adherence to Invited standards of service and quality. Monitor events to ensure food is served on time, communicate with the event host postevent to confirm their satisfaction, and collect payment, completing necessary accounting paperwork. Manage room breakdown and setup based on event details outlined in the function book. Execute opening procedures for the banquet department and ensure the room is prepared according to event standards. Record relevant information in the MOD log for the next shift.
