    Build Shop Assistant Get Paid to Build Custom Golf Clubs Used by Serious Golfers! We're hiring hands-on team members to join our build shop at Club Champion. This is a great entry-level opportunity to learn a specialized trade, work with premium equipment from the industry's top brands, and grow into advanced roles like Master Builder. Golf experience is a plus, but no experience required--we'll train you. What You'll Do Sand and finish club components (precision detail work) Adjust/Bend clubs using specialized tools to meet exact specs (loft paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and life insurance to eligible employees.
