Closet Installer – Skilled Craftsman for a Growing Company

You won’t just be installing closets, you’ll be creating positive outcomes for our customers.
The Role
As an Installer, you’ll take ownership of projects from start to finish or work alongside a team to ensure installations are completed to the highest standard. This includes receiving materials, keeping the warehouse organized, installing the projects and creating happy customers with opportunities to grow.
This role is ideal for an experienced installer who wants to earn strong pay, take pride in craftsmanship, and be part of a company on the rise.
What You’ll Do
Work on a team to maintain efficient processes and keep projects on schedule.Prepare materials for installation and maintain an organized warehouse.Install custom closets, pantries, mudrooms, and home storage solutions, including detailed and high-end builds.Ensure precision, quality, and customer satisfaction on every project.Support and collaborate with team members to deliver consistent results.Operate power tools such as miter saws, drills, and table saws with accuracy and safety.Keep workspaces clean and professional at all times.Communicate effectively with customers and represent our values on every job.What We’re Looking For
3 years + proven experience with custom closet or carpentry installation.Communicate professionally with customers and team membersStrong ability to read and follow drawings, plans, and measurements.Skilled with hand and power tools, including drills, nailers, oscillating saws, and more.Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.Ability to scribe crown and base molding as well as countertops to uneven surfaces or the ability to learn.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Someone who can manage themselves and stay on scheduleCompensation & Benefits

They enjoy helping clients, building relationships, and finding opportunities. This position can be full-time or part-time. You'll meet with homeowners, designers and builders to create custom 3D designs, present solutions, and guide clients through the sales process from consultation to close.
