Job Summary
We are currently hiring Stackers to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This position involves stacking metal tubing, performing basic quality checks, and working as part of a team in a hot industrial environment. Candidates should be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Team lift and stack metal tubes into designated piles.Count and verify the quantity of tubes being processed.Use a pre-marked measuring ruler to verify tube length and size.Perform basic visual quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.Work efficiently in a hot manufacturing environment while meeting production goals.Qualifications
Manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.Ability to repeatedly lift and move metal tubing with a team.Comfortable working in a hot industrial environment.Ability to accurately count materials and perform basic measurements.Dependable with good attendance and punctuality.Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.Must Pass a Drug Screen & BackgroundSteeled-toed boots requiredPhysical Requirements

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced MIG/TIG Welder for our client close to Decatur, AL. You will perform a variety of operational functions in various types of weld preparation, welding as and weld finishing operations to manufacture product to customer drawings and specifications. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading automotive manufacturer while building your long-term career.
Responsibilities
Must be able to read and interpret drawings, follow routers and use simple math to perform basic calculations.Must be proficient in welding techniques.Must be able to perform wire and filler material applications for various steel alloys, aluminum and galvanized.Working knowledge of fixturing and weld set up parameters (amps, volts, etc.)Manually guides electrode or gun along weld line, maintaining length of arc and speed of movement to form specified depth of fusion and bead, as judged from color of metal, sound of weld and size of molten puddle.Welds in flat, horizontal and vertical positions.Examines weld for bead size and other specifications.Positions and clamps work pieces together or assembles them in jig or fixtures.Chips off excess weld, slag and spatter.Operates grinders and DA sanders to clean up/smooth welds.Must be able to perform visual inspection and dimensional inspection using basic measuring tools.Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions.Update computer records and paperwork in accordance with production requirements.Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on welders as required.Operates a forklift to move parts in and move finished product out of welding area.Maintain work area in clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures.Must have a working command of the English language and be able to communicate orally and in writingRequirements

POSITION OVERVEW & PURPOSE:
The Assembler is responsible for performing a variety of routine tasks to support assembly and production of metal products. The Assembler may work in a variety of workstations including but not limited to: assembly line/operator, packing, glue machine operator, poly handler/operator, channel forming installer, labeler, and ring/channel welder. This is a mechanical position under the supervision of the Production Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Perform various assembly or sub-assembly operations & Spot Welding as assigned by the Leadership Team.
•Works on assembly line where tasks and job duties may vary (see above workstations).
•Follow and build job orders according to customer specifications on the daily travelers.
•May require retrieval of door parts necessary for completion of finished product.
•Understand and identify all components that comprise the finished product as described.
•Report production and quality data as dictated in daily travelers to supervisor.
•Always maintain an organized work environment, may require inspection by the Leadership Team.
•Perform other duties as assigned by the Leadership Team to support company goals.
•Based on proficiency may be required to train on Assembly workstations.
