    We currently have the Installer Apprentice/Woodworking Shop Assistant position available: 

    This position will assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. This position will also assist in the woodworking shop on an as needed basis. We are looking for someone that has a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion.  Operate company vehicle, tools, etc. in a safe manner.

    Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We are currently looking to add an Installation Manager. The ideal candidate will be a hands on leader, who will effectively deliver a high quality product that is produced cost-effectively, efficiently and on-time with the highest positive impact to the financial bottom line. The primary responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

    Job Responsibilities
    Manage all aspects of the installation department.Monitor all Installation staff for Quality of Work and Company Protocols are met.Provide initial training and continuously develop installation staff.Manage and schedule each installation and service project from start to finish.Interact with customers, designers and the production department.Troubleshoot with Installers as necessary each day.Sign off on all paperwork and jobs at the end of each day.Identify all outstanding issues for jobs each day and complete all Service Reports.Job Requirements
    Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in product installation (which may include home improvement/building maintenance, appliance repair/installation, kitchen/bathroom installation as well as other closet/cabinet experience).Must be able to demonstrate superior customer service skills from prior work experiences.Basic computer knowledge.Must be able to multi task and be highly organized.Skillful management ability to manage and develop people.Good communication skills.If you are motivated to succeed and have a passion to lead others, then you deserve to learn more about this opportunity!
